Ersari Hotel in Istanbul

A truly welcoming and cozy place! The two girls at the reception are incredibly kind and sweet and always do their best to meet every need and make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the lady who prepares it makes amazing omelettes – absolutely delicious!
A special thank you to all the staff of Ersari Hotel for their warm hospitality. It’s definitely a place I would love to come back to.

If you are looking for a sophisticated, tastefully decorated environment with a perfect location and friendly, helpful service, and even a delicious breakfast, Ersari Hotel is an excellent, if not the best choice. What really made our stay there unforgettable was the presence of Juma the manager who was ready to help us with anything and at any time. We are very grateful for the 1 week we were able to spend there, enjoying impeccable comfort and high-quality service. Excellent value for money!

Ersari understands the importance of quality customer service - unfortunately something that is hard to find at times in Istanbul. My partner and I were travelling around Turkiye for 2 weeks and flying in and out if Istanbul, as part of a larger 12 month trip bike packing trip. Ersari allowed us to store our bikes securely with them throughout that time so we didn't have to take them on our Turkiye travels. They also helped us to arrange a large car that would accommodate our bikes to the airport when we were flying out for a very competitive price. Super helpful, friendly and conveniently located in the heart of Sultanahmet. I can't fault Ersari and will absolutely be back again. Great breakfast, clean rooms, amazing location and above all - authentic quality customer care.

The hotels location is just a 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet Square in one direction and a 5-10 minute walk to the historical Cemberlitas hamam in the other direction.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. There was enough space to have a couple of suitcases open and be able to walk around the room.
The rooms had big windows that overlooked the outdoor seating area. We had a family room which was a duplex. The ground floor room had French doors onto the outdoor area.

Breakfast was worth it. It was a mix of hot and cold and was replenished regularly so everything was fresh.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I'd definitely recommend and will be booking this hotel for my summer trip.

Good hotel overall, with polite staff, tasty breakfast bufet style, in a zone not noisy, with sea view rooms. Wifi was working fine in our room all days.

Prime location, amazingly wonderful staff, nice breakfast, we had an awesome stay with Ersari! Would highly recommend this hotel, it’s so close to everything as well. It was our favorite location in Istanbul. Thank you to all.

A genuine gem in the heart of istanbul. We had a long stay at Ersari hotel and found it to be nothing but pleasant. The rooms are basic, but functional, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast inlcluded was a nice bonus too! The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk up the hill to the tram, and a short walk to the blue mosque. I can definitely recommend Ersari hotel for the price!

Small rooms, cozy and comfortable. For 4 people room provided with connected staircase, 2 people up and. 2 down.
Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. English and Urdu is comprehended by a few of them which is a plus point in this country where few know English. Located a little away from the tram station. If elderly people along, climbing the steep road may be a little problem. Luckily taxis come up right to the door of the hotel.
Eggs cooked on request for breakfast. Suitcases can be lodged for some time after check-out on request.
