Lovely hotel with great service.balcony overlooking the bospherus.Shame the restaurant was closed all month

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of privacy and poor service. The staff would enter our room daily without permission, disregarding appropriate times and boundaries. We were frequently surprised by their sudden presence and had to constantly tell them to leave. It felt intrusive and disrespectful.
Housekeeping was inadequate. While the bed was made, the floor was never cleaned throughout our 11-day stay. Additionally, the staff seemed to take advantage of guests’ absence to inspect the mini-fridge.
Noise was another major issue. The hotel has poor sound insulation, so we could hear doors, bathrooms, and street noise clearly. Whenever any sound came from our room, staff would knock abruptly, as if we were causing a disturbance, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Moreover, the behavior of the staff felt unfriendly and,, my husband and I were never comfortable during our stay, and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking privacy, cleanliness, or respectful service.

i’m in love with the location of this hotel, perfectly close to the touristic hotspots of istanbul. the staff are amazing, very friendly, welcoming and funny. a special thank you to Kazim, Samet, Emin and Songul for accommodating to our needs. Our room had a balcony with a sea view. not to mention how clean the hotel was. very good value for money, our breakfast was included. the restaurant in the hotel had a great atmosphere, very quiet and peaceful. the only downside is that the lighting in the room was very dark, these should be changed, and a full size body mirror would be more convenient. would highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. A typical Turkish hotel. The room was spacious with Turkish style and some vintage style feel to it. Walking distance to all major sight seeing include the sea. The restaurant upstairs has beautiful views as well.

Lovely hotel great location for all the major sights. Staff friendly and helpful especially Azir in the restaurant the food was excellent. It was my husband's birthday while we were there, the staff saw a card in the room when we returned a cake and card had been left it was a lovely gesture

Clean rooms and nice staff. The woman infront of the hotel named Zehra was extremly kind to us. Overall a sweet hotel in the center of istanbul.

Amazing hotel and location! Hands down one of the best recommendations I have had in a while. The hotel also has an amazing view of the Bosphorus from its restaurant and a very decent breakfast buffet. The rooms are also quite clean and well maintained.
Mr. Nejdet, and Emin are extremely nice and helpful, even went out of their way to find me good Turkish delights for the fraction of the price of what one would usually get in a tourist area.
Zehra is an incredibly kind and wonderful person. Quite knowledgeable and her recommendations for places were on point. Her English is also quite good so there was a very minimal language barrier.
Overall a 10/10 experience. Would recommend and come back myself!

Lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle but very close to main sight seeing spots. Just what you want for a sight seeing trip. Room comfortable and clean.

Walking distance to all the treasures of Istambul. Service nice, polite, helpful. Hotel definetely needs renovation or/and repairs. Rooms not very clean, blanket ripped, refrigerater cupboard doors damaged, ac/heater works when and how it wants (its pilot does not control it). If not for the location I would be very dissapointed.

Thank you for the best service we have ever witnessed in Istanbul. I came here for a good meal from Kazakhstan with my friends, but also got a very good emotions. Kurban is very intelligent and welcoming person, all the staff was friendly and polite. Thank you!!

COME DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY! Super fun place if you're looking for a sparklers-DJ-dancing-on-a-rooftop vibe. We went late night for some drinks and caught a PARTY instead. If nightclubs are your scene, there's no better way to do it than here because you also have the best view of the blue mosque.

It was a fantastic experience with wonderful hospitality! We ordered drinks and food, and afterward, they generously brought us tea and some sweets on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. if I visit Istanbul again, I’d definitely come back here. Also, such an amazing view.

I can only give all the praise for the Hotel and the employees. The hotel is in a great location where everything is available to you. From the moment we arrived, the employees welcomed us very warmly and helped us with our luggage. They were happy to help us with any information we needed. The rooms are tidy and are cleaned every morning. I even received a gift for my birthday that was waiting for me in the room to my wonderful surprise. My rating is 10. All recommendations from the bottom of my heart. I can very happily recommend this hotel. Thank you and see you next time. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina
