We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as a family (two adults and two children). We booked a room for four, which was advertised to have one large bed and two single beds. However, upon arrival, we were told that such a room didn't exist and they would add an extra bed, as the room only had one large bed and one single bed. The breakfasts were mediocre, though the hotel staff were very attentive, bringing everything promptly upon request, and maintaining cleanliness. BUT! We felt that this room at this hotel wasn't worth the price, as everything inside the building and in the rooms was old and cracked. For example, the shower head was screwed in with self-tapping screws, and there were no handles in the shower stall at all. However, there were two bathrooms with shower cabins, two rooms, a large entrance hall with a sofa, air conditioning, and a TV. The sea view was certainly beautiful, if you disregard the abandoned building below, but it's lower than the hotel so maybe it's not a big deal. Overall, we liked it, but not for this money.))

Excellent hotel with a view of the Bosphorus. This is our second stay here. Large, clean room. High-quality linens. Shower without drops in water flow. Delicious breakfast. Very close to both Galata Port and Taksim.

Amazing family run hotel!
Had a great stay here for 4 nights where the rooms were immaculate with stunning views. The breakfast choices were amazing and left me full most of the day. Location is just round the corner from the main T1 tram line that takes you to all tourist areas.
The rooftop pool was super refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. So many small touches make this hotel so sweet and personalised plus very helpful people. Will definitely be returning.

Very disappointing experience.
I had booked a suite at Loop Hotel for 2 adults and our 13-year-old son, but accidentally selected “1 adult + 1 child” during the booking process. I immediately informed the hotel via WhatsApp and asked if this was okay. They confirmed:
“A separate bed can be opened, no problem.”
At no point did they mention any extra fee.
Only the day before arrival, after I asked to arrange airport transfer and reconfirmed the room setup, they suddenly demanded 30 EUR extra per night for the second adult. This was never communicated before, and by then it was too late to find another hotel.
This kind of last-minute trick is unacceptable. If they had been transparent from the beginning, I would have changed the hotel or room.
We canceled our transfer and will cancel our next reservation as well.
Totally unprofessional. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Loop Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety to start the day, and the location is excellent — just a short walk to Galataport and with easy access to the Bosphorus.
One thing to note for future guests: the hotel is located in the middle of a residential building, and access is only through a set of stairs. This might be a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. However, once you’re inside, the hotel itself is cozy and well-maintained. Overall, a great value and I would definitely consider staying here again!

This is not the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel, and every time we feel very good. The room is spacious with a large bathroom and a wonderful view of the Bosphorus Bridge.🥰 The breakfast is very tasty and filling, and you can enjoy it on the terrace. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet just 5 minutes away from public transport. The staff is very friendly and helpful — they assist you with your luggage, as there are a few stairs to climb. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time. We highly recommend it with confidence! ❤️

We had an unforgettable stay at Loop Hotel Bosphorus during our trip to Istanbul as a couple. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lively Taksim Square, and in the other direction, you’re at the beautiful Galataport by the Bosphorus. Despite being so central, the hotel itself is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood – the best of both worlds.
Our room was spotless and well-maintained, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view from our balcony overlooking the Bosphorus. Watching the city lights reflect on the water in the evening was pure magic.

The hotel has very good service. If I have to find fault, I can only say that their location is really bad. Whether you go downhill from Taksim Square or uphill by the sea, you have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to their house. But when you are in Istanbul, you have to be prepared to climb stairs all the time. I suggest that friends who come here for the first time should check in at the counter first, and then the hotel staff will be very kind to help carry the luggage. This time we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a very good experience. There is also a luggage storage service when we leave. When we go to pick up the luggage, the service staff helped to use the local taxi app, BITAKSI, to call a taxi, and also helped to carry the luggage to wait for the taxi. I suggest that you can give some encouragement and tips to the service staff. I am very satisfied with this hotel and recommend it to everyone.
