Location is far from center in about 2 km but the tram T1 station is exactly infront of the hotel took 1 minutes to reach it
Rooms small but great and strange design

After much deliberation, I finally decided to put the top five. And so I was going to put 4. But there are still more pluses. Not a solid 5, but 5. The hotel is located on the road, next to the tram stop. The main thing is parking for cars. This is the most important thing for me. The lobby is old and shabby. It's time to clean up and make repairs. The elevator is dirty and smelly. But the room is surprisingly clean, spacious and odorless. Of the minuses in the room. There is no socket next to the bed. The phone needs to be charged near the TV. TV is old and small. It's time to change to a large modern TV. Not suitable for a 5 star hotel. But there are channels in both English and Russian, which is a big plus. Another negative for me. Maybe a plus. Paid drinks in the room. It would be better to remove it. Who wants to drink go down to the bar or order. And few bath towels. The hotel is not 5 stars. But yes, 4. I recommend this hotel because of the clean room, lack of smell, and spacious room. Since the most important thing for the client is rest in the room. And one more of the minuses. In most hotels, you can rent directly cheaper than on the site. And that's when I came and asked how much the night was. I was told 1500 tl. Although online prices were a maximum of 850 tl. I had to book online.
