The hotel was fantastic — very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with anything.
A special thank you to Gizem, who personally took care of my mother and grandmother with exceptional kindness and attention. She truly made their stay worry-free and unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Istanbul!

Warm welcome and information on map, with tram card, staff always courteous and rooms small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was adequate and the hamam experience superb. It’s central location was a big plus, ideal for walking or tram

My family and I spent five days beginning of October at the very clean, comfortable, and beautiful Pell Palace Hotel. The staff was very helpful and always ready to fulfill our wishes. Special thanks to Gisin and, of course, the hotel manager Ufuk. We hope to go there again in coming years.

We had a wonderful stay at Pell Palace Hotel in Istanbul! The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and very professional. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. The hotel’s in a great spot — close to the Grand Bazaar, mosques, and plenty of local food places. The downside is that it’s on a steep hill, so getting in and out can be quite a workout and definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The rooms were pretty disappointing — the taps didn’t work properly, the shower was confusing, and the TV barely functioned. Taxis in the area were terrible too; some tried to charge three or four times the normal price, and others wouldn’t even take you for a short ride. The streets nearby are full of fake-goods shops and people smoking everywhere. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

A nice hotel.
All very clean and well maintained. Nice decor in the lobby and dining room.
The front desk staff were great, very helpful and very friendly, morning was too much trouble.
The breakfast experience was the only thing that let it down a little me the coffee was extremely weak and wasn't the best we've ever had.
There was an occasion where there were no cups and we had to use paper cups instead. Also an occasion where there were no knives available and it took a long time for the dining room staff to get one. The buffet was also slow to have items replenished as they ran out, bread, butter etc.
Other than that we thought it was a very nice hotel experience.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, polite and very caring staff, clean room, delicious and varied breakfasts. I found no reason to be dissatisfied. Recommend
