Before we arrive, the hotel manager, Mr Mahmet organized our back and forth transfer and it was all great in the hustle and bustle of Istanbul airport. When we reached to hotel, he gave us warm welcome and he told us about the city, where to go, what to do etc. Things to be careful also, was very efficient.
The rooms very capacious and with sea view of Bosporus. The breakfast was good enough. Cleaning done daily and wifi worked perfectly fine.
Altogether, we enjoyed our short trip, we probably come back again!
Breakfast was terrible: it has to be taken in another building that is below earth level, that means there are no windows and the atmosphere is creepy, the food is terrible also :)
At least the room was clean and the personnel helped us with our luggage after check-out.
After a long journey from the airport, we were shocked when this hotel refused to accept us as guests. Instead of helping, they offered a ridiculously overpriced counteroffer for the same room. To make matters even worse, the room itself was absolutely filthy—beyond unacceptable. The staff’s lack of communication and professionalism made an already terrible experience even worse. This place is a complete disaster. Avoid at all costs.
We arrived straight from the airport, exhausted and in need of rest, only to be denied as guests by the hotel. Instead of resolving the situation, they made an insulting counteroffer at an absurdly higher price for the same room. To make matters worse, the room was very, very, very dirty. This place is an absolute disgrace—horrible communication, no professionalism, and zero respect for their guests. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare of a hotel.
Only downside was that it was noisy due to tram traffic. But nice to see.
