On arrival we could not check in as we assumed overbooked. They said water issues but other people were in hotel. They offered us a different hotel for the night down the street.We checked in again the next afternoon.The hotel is in good location to be able to walk to different sites around Instanbul.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location, nearby attractions, 5 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia. Breakfasts were hearty, they cleaned every day, toiletries and water were supplied every day. The windows of our room looked out onto the courtyard, so it was quiet. It is quite suitable for a short stay.

Lundry scam
The overall experience was fine but when i gave my clothes to the reception for laundry they basically tried to scam me.(they changed what they said more than 3 times).and I believe that this is not acceptable.

Everything was great about this hotel, including the room and the breakfast. The only reason I’ve downgraded it is that there was a smell of raw sewage in the room at times. In fact in the morning, it was so bad I had to completely open my window. It was so bad I almost could not even be in the room.

Great hotel situated near the "Sultan Ahmed" mosque. It is on a 2-3 mins walking distance from the tram line which gives you access to all historical places and all other important transportation lines. The hotel is on a quiet street. The rooms are kept exceptionally clean. The staff is very polite. We had breakfast included in the price which was also very good

The staff were amazing and so sweet and kind, super helpful, the location is perfect, walking distance from major landmarks, and food places, my favourite remains the little fruit and veg shop with the nicest honest workers there, I spent so much time just outside the hotel where they have tables, only lovely memories, hotel was very clean, Ottoman deco, breakfast was nice, beds were comfy, loved it really

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for a week in June, amazing service and very kind staff. They would top up everything daily such as water, toiletries and fresh towels every day. We had breakfast here everyday, a good selection of Turkish style breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetables too. We booked a quad room which had everything we needed, great AC and comfortable beds. Very kind staff at the desk who had leaflets for new tourists with the city map. Would highly recommend!
This hotel was a 5 min walk from Topkapi palace, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, because it was so close we could pray our salad in the mosques free of charge. It was also a 3 min walk from Sultanahmet tram station which we used to get around.

I was a little hesitant coming here as 3 stars..but this hotel and it's staff are great..ideal location and excellent service, great breakfast..we had a lovely time here. I highly recommend the hotel.
