The location is great, short walking distance within the Big 3. Yes, you will hear incessant honking from outside, and the constant rumbling of the T1 tram line (which also means your tram stop is just right outside the door :D), but that's what makes it charming.
Above all, I highly commend the service rendered by the staff. Sezar, Eren, Sena, and team were friendly, warm, and genuine. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of, and everyone felt like friends rather than a staff just performing their duty. Kudos!
A typical Turkish breakfast is served daily, don't expect too much of a spread due to the limited space, but it is functional to keep you fueled until lunch. Go earlier if you want to make sure you get your fill of simit :)

Top location right in the city center, just a few minutes walk to the Hagia Sophia Mosque. Very good, clean hotel with friendly service. Would happily stay here again!

I will write my full experience.
First, the staff are very friendly and wonderful, and they serve you wholeheartedly. Honestly, I give them a 10 out of 10. They ask about your comfort and are very attentive, especially the one who speaks Arabic; he's fantastic.
Regarding the room, I booked a room for four people, but is the room really big enough for four people? Of course not! It's so cramped that the wardrobe doesn't open for clothes, and it's very difficult to move around the room. I requested a room for four, not three, and an extra bed, so the bed should have been in the room from the beginning and be a standard bed, not a wooden one. The door to our room wouldn't open or close, and we had to wait by the door every day when we returned, going up and down several times until it finally opened (it was a problem with the door handle).
As for breakfast, it was a shock to us. It was much less than usual, and on the last day, it was just a plate with a limited selection of items. That's all they had. Tea, coffee, and water are always available at reception.

I have never expeeienced such amazing customer service. I had constant support from all staff regarding how to ger around to even how to book a tram ticket. They kept offering me turkish crxoffee and tea at all ours of the day.
If you book this place you will meet amazing staff.
The rooms were spotless and location wss next.to all the main mosques and mussuem. Loved also the window views from my room.

Excellent quality of service at front desk 24 hours a day. Great continental breakfast and Excellent coffee. If issues arose they were dealt with immediately. Excellent location close to trams.

Excellent location. Just 10 steps from Gulhane tram station. I got room that in front of the tram. It's so awesome. The sound from the tram do not really disturbing me although the tram works till midnight. The breakfast needs to be change. Everyday same menu😅. And please upgrade/change your pillows. It so soft and I can't sleep well.

The hotel is very convenient for travel, being only 10 seconds from the tram. There are many affordable souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. Also, the train to the old town and the beach are within walking distance, so it was easy and cheap to travel to the sea or long distances! It depends on the season, but the hotel rates are cheap, and I stayed in Istanbul for 4 nights for about $100! It wasn't luxurious, but the breakfast was enough and delicious. They make Turkish coffee for you! The staff were all polite and helpful, and I had a very pleasant time. The only disappointment was the strong smell from the drainage, which I think was quite bothersome. I turned on the exhaust fan and closed the bathroom door tightly, and managed to keep the smell from reaching my room.
Other than that, I think it's well worth the price!

The location would be great if it weren't for the tram that runs under the windows. It's absolutely impossible to sleep at night. The windows are open because the air conditioning wasn't working. Perhaps, by Turkish standards, it wasn't hot at all. This is a minus. A big minus.
The receptionists are wonderful. They will book an excursion, and order a taxi to the airport, and answer any questions, help with everything. If something is missing in the room, they will bring it in literally a minute. The room is small, but it seems to have everything. Little storage space. The breakfast is ordinary, but not super. No scrambled eggs, no omelette - only hard-boiled eggs. Well, and "wonderful and delicious" Turkish sausage (or ham). Fruits (watermelon, melon, apples). Cheeses, vegetables, salads. Tea / coffee to order at the bar (included in the price). Drinks like zuko (if anyone remembers). Bread, pastries. But you can definitely have a snack so that you can enjoy the sights later and not think about lunch for a long time. A very good restaurant with a panoramic view on the top floor (where breakfast is served in the morning) - you can have lunch or dinner. The food is delicious. The menu is varied. The prices are the same as in the surrounding restaurants. I highly recommend it, especially when you don't want to go anywhere in the evening. Would I recommend this hotel? Probably not, but that's only because of the tram. All the main attractions are within walking distance - about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace.
