This is a very nice hotel, located minutes away from important places like Taksim, The Grand Bazaar, The Blue Mosque. Everyone is friendly, the place is super clean, and room service is 24h. I truly recommend this place.

The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. I was just not satisfied with the breakfast. Thanks for everything dear oriella hotel. :))

Been there for a week. Rooms were ok and clean. But breakfast was kinda weird. Bread was for couple days ago. Boiled eggs were cold and u coudnt ask for anything extra.
Staff were ok only they were a bit angry idk why. And location is good. Near taksim and metro but u need to climb a mountain to get to street. I mean what was that!!

Deplorable and a total sham is how I would start describing the hotel. It should be stripped of any stars if it has any. The pictures posted on the website are not real - far from the real deal.
We had many problems with the heater - it didn't work any of the 6 nights we spent there. Only on the fourth night, someone handed us a space heater. They said someone was coming to fix the central heating but it never happened. The front desk staff always gave us a disdainful look, only two of them -the cleaning lady and one of the men who spoke a little English and tried to help us with transportation from and to the airport - treated us with some cordiality.
Monotonous, unimpressive, and repetitious is how we can describe their breakfast. And the people working in the restaurant on the second floor clearly don't care what you think.
The room was moldy and smelled like a 'dirt-wet cat'. We do not and will never recommend anyone to stay at this... 'place'. (We cannot call it a hotel). We were there from December 29 - 2024 to Jan 4-2025.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, it was a great experience. The room was clean and had good facilities. The location of the hotel is in a busy part of the city and there is a lot of noise, which is unavoidable. The hotel staff behaved very appropriately and respectfully. Considering the price paid, it is quite acceptable. It also has excellent access.

It is a zero star hotel. It was a trrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Choosing this hotel is a waste of money. Although it is located near the taksim square, its neighborhood is so dirty and ugly.

-our room was really nice , good veiw , clean, the only problem that we had was bathroom which has low privecy
-hotel's street has a sharp slope ,I woudn't recommended for everyone.

One of the worst hotels you will ever stay in. Very old furniture with a bathroom directly facing your bed therefore no privacy. They would provide water and nescafe packages for you on your first day and then they will never refill them. They never change the coffee cups in the room but just rinse them with water from the bathroom ! The receptionists are not that useful unless you need a taxi where they would call an unmetered one who will charge you more for the trip. Overall it was a bad stay and i advise no one to visit this property
