Located very near galata tower and accessible to public transport.
Morning staff is good and professional.
Buts thats how good it gets.
Cons:
1. Night staff barely speaks english.
2. Heating can be a miss
3. Hot water not available all the time to have a shower. Especially on higher floors
4. No lift at the property so would have to walk
5. Sheets are not changed and the same sheets are put back.
The only challenge was the long stairs, as the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
Overall, it’s a lovely boutique hotel with great service, spotless rooms, and an unbeatable location. We would definitely recommend it!

It was very difficult to climb up stairs to 5th floor with kids.
This spoiled our trip as we could only leave hotel once every day. Climbimg 70 stairs with kids and bags was very difficult.
