A good budget option with with a convenient location. Friendly and welcoming staff, speaks English and some Russian.
The only thing I didn't like was that the bed linens from the previous guest weren't changed on the day of check-in.
P.S. There are no toiletries (soap, toothpaste).
The room was very old and dirty. There was a bottle of Coke left in the refrigerator from previous guests. The bathroom had a persistent odor.
The breakfast was rather poor, and the same thing every day.
Another positive was the good Wi-Fi, which allowed me to work remotely without any problems. However, it did occasionally drop out, albeit briefly.
