Amazing stay! The restaurant on the 6th floor was the highlight — delicious food, a stunning view of the mosque, and super friendly staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and beautiful atmosphere!🕌

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The only complain I have is that the restaurant did not give place at the table because I am by myself. I understand it was peak time for dinner, but there were many tables empty. They could have sat me in one of the empty two person tables...

The location was very convenient and the mosque across the road was stunning. The rooms were clean and I definitely recommend the VIP spa package. But the main reason I would recommend this hotel is the staff, the very attentive gentlemen captured in the photo were super helpful!

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul’s Old City, right opposite a beautiful mosque with panoramic views. From the top floor, the scenery is truly breathtaking. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious and comfortable. The weather outside was quite chilly, but the hotel’s ambience, warm hospitality, and delicious food made our stay perfect. Overall, I’d give this hotel a full 5/5 for location, comfort, and service.

Our stay at this hotel was one of the best we’ve had in Turkey. The breakfast was delicious, the cleanliness was excellent, but the real highlight was the staff – especially the amazing gentlemen working there.
There were so many of the gentlemen that we couldn’t even catch all their names, but each one was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. They assisted us with parking, carrying our luggage, making reservations, and even explaining how to get to the places we wanted to visit. Always with a genuine smile on their faces – something that’s very rare to find. Shahinaz at the reception was also very kind and helpful.
It’s honestly very rare to find a hotel in Turkey where the staff are always nice and smiling. As a big family who travels to Turkey every year, this year’s experience was completely different – and all thanks to them.

Had a delightful stay here. The level of service from the staff is closer to 5 stars rather than 4 and they could not have been more helpful. The room is modern, clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is a standard buffet and while nothing to brag about, food was adequate. The spa is beautiful although treatments are expensive and my treatment was shorter than paid for. Location is excellent with a view of a beautiful mosque opposite and good access to the most famous parts of the city

We had a fantastic experience during our time at this hotel. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful, overlooking a nearby mosque — such a peaceful and picturesque sight to wake up to.
Initially, our room was a bit noisy due to the street traffic, but the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and quickly arranged a room change for us with no hassle at all. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay.
The spa inside the hotel was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities — a perfect way to relax and unwind.

Great hotel, great service, great location and very kind staff. I was there for almost 2 weeks and my entire stay there couldnt have been better. The girl barista at the cafe makes amazing coffee. The restaurant upstairs is great with a nice view. Only downfall is the room sizes and the breakfast. Breakfast was good but very repetitive, no new options. The rooms are very clean but size of the rooms are a little tight but either way, i still recommend this hotel. Mahmut is very kind and welcoming there and the rest of the staff is too. Would definitely visit again.
