Hi, I’m one of the customers who came in princess old city and a very truth comment
The hotel is so bad there is no internet (Wi-Fi) doesn’t work in rooms only in reception the bathroom isn’t suitable the water leaks everywhere In the bathroom the room looks so bad it’s very small and everything in it old and used the fridge doesn’t work the air conditioner also doesn’t work the lamps and kettle also don’t work the reception when we call them they don’t respond at all !! The prices are totally different from online and when you reach to the hotel Is different price.
Please whoever coming to Istanbul don’t come to this hotel it’s not comfortable at all !
There are some advantage but it’s not a lot just the room service and the breakfast is good

This is not the location of the hotel! True place is on the street turgut ozel cd. The place is good and nice quality for the money but the rooms are alittel bit small but great access to public transportation survices

Old hotel and rooms are very old and not much clean.
Breakfast was poor and no much items and the Arab lady in the kitchen is impolite.
Only the location is good near to metro station and restaurants

This was my second time staying at Princess old city hotel and in both times the whole staff was extremely nice and helpful. Special thank you for Daniel for taking the extra mile. Great service!!

The hôtel owner And the official are swindlers, other than thé money that took the hôtel it is very dirty, il do not recommend it, not to families not even to individuals because it is a hotel if tou were to monitor it then it would be closed

Internett is slow. Bathroom is small. They don't change or clean the sheets. Breakfast is poor and same breakfast everyday. Service and location was good. The hammam is dirty.
