The room was spacious, and the service was very attentive. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am and were quickly checked in. While we waited, they even served us Turkish tea and delicious snacks. There's also a Salt Bae steakhouse in the hotel, but the portions are huge for two people, so be careful when ordering lamb chops. The hotel is located in an affluent area of Türkiye, so it feels safe and secure.

It's more worth living here than Soho House. Because I couldn’t stand the small toilet in the SOHO room I stayed in the day before. So, wouldn’t it be nice to live in Park Hyatt? The service is also in place. The bathroom is big enough and the bedding is the most comfortable I have ever stayed in Türkiye. Because the beds in all the hotels I stayed in along the way were very soft and not very comfortable. I met Salt Bae when I checked in on the first day. The funniest thing was that his assistant waved and asked us to hurry up and take pictures, which was very nice. Walking along the road from the hotel, I came across a nice dried fruit shop.

I visit Istanbul 2-3 times a year and I have stay at the Park Hyatt twice in the past, the location is extremely convenient and within a short walking distance from multiple restaurants, shopping areas and parks. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, always accommodating any requests we have. All of their restaurants are great, their Italian restaurant is definitely my favorite. They have a roof top bar with a beautiful view of the canal.
The rooms are nice, spacious but if you want a peaceful room, you’ll have to compromise with the views. My favorite room feature is the sauna, it doubles with the shower room.
Overall, both times we stayed here was really pleasant and we are likely to book with them again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and Istanbul and at the tail end after visiting other parts of Turkey. From check-in to check out the hotel, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. Concierge was simply phenomenal. everyone’s connected to WhatsApp and concierge even checked in on us after sending us off to the Asian side to see if we needed anything else.
Rooms are perfect, and the hotel is impeccable. The Hamam treatment at the spa was truly incredible. Reasonably priced and wonderful treatments.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful every single person at the hotel was to us. From the manager to housekeeping, thank you - truly phenomenal experience. We will be back.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff that make Istanbul truly amazing. I would like to personally thank and commend the lovely concierge lady for her dedication to the guests. She supported us and went above and beyond to help us. Sadly I didn’t get her name but I hope this reaches her!
