Belle Maison Residence Hotel in Istanbul

Bad ACs, poor cleaning.
It’s an aging property - the maintenance is poor. Air conditioners are dirty with a thick layer of dirt/dust on the filters and main bedroom unit is rattling. Notified the front desk, but it shouldn’t be guests telling them about maintenance.

My recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. As a loyal customer who has stayed here four times before, I expected professionalism and respect for agreements. Unfortunately, the manager proposed an unfair solution regarding unused nights, which I accepted out of respect. However, in the end, the agreement was not honored, and the manager refused to account for the rented nights, leaving me feeling exploited and disrespected. This behavior reflects poor management and a lack of respect for loyal customers. It’s unfortunate that the hotel chose to lose a regular guest over just two nights. I will not be staying at this hotel again and will share my experience to warn other travelers about this unprofessional conduct." Every body beware of this hotel manager and take any agreement with him written because he is a lair and try to cheat on you whenever possible dont trust his words. He said he blocked the room for me and when i forced to go out of the hotel due to medical condition for couple of days i came and saw my room was rented.

DISGRACE
First of all, I was fooled by the comments, the room smells incredibly bad, I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said the furniture is about 20 years old, there is no security in the hotel, the carpets in the corridors are stained, there is constant noise from other languages ​​coming from the rooms, in short, this is the last hotel I will stay at in Istanbul.

Pick something else.
Not clean and super uncomfortable beds. Everyone raves about the staff but only one person was accomodating. Walls were paper thin, I heard peoples alarms in the morning, spitting in the sink, kids screaming, etc. If you are a family that needed the kitchen and space, sure but not for a couple.
We requested a double bed but got two single beds.
The toilet was not glued to the tiles so it moved every time you went to the toilet.

The furniture were very outdated and did not feel very clean.
Only positive thing was the location, şisli is a good place.
I have been in Istanbul 6 times, so the best place to stay is definitely Eminonu or sirkeci, basically next to each other. There you have all the connections, marmaray, tram, metro, busses, etc.
