We are more than happy by the experience of staying in your hotel. My friend and I meet in Istanbul twice or three times per year for several years by now, and we have seen numerous hotels and residences, and this is the best of all in terms of cost and quality.
The room is spacious and equipped with all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay. There's a washing machine, dish washing machine, microwave, and a lot of cuttlery there. The furniture and appliances are new and the location is great in terms of transportation.
We are especially happy with a comfortable mattress and soft pillows, kitchen appliances, and spacious terrace. Thank you from my heart sincerely for taking care of your visitors' comfort.
I can not recall another place, literally, for years, where I would like to return again in future 💐 although I have explored Sisli and Nisantasi and Harbiye and Bomonti and Fulya areas all through.

Everything is more then perfect location very near to bus and metro station , the reception team is very welcoming and super nice , the apartment is very nice i want to come back to istanbul just to stay there again

I was searching for a long-term stay for a family member undergoing medical treatment in Istanbul. I contacted about 10 serviced apartments, but 116 was one of the few that responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions and made the booking process simple. The apartments are comfortable, fully equipped, and centrally located, with various supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The staff is accommodating and ensures that guests' needs are addressed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term stay in the Şişli area of Istanbul.

Simply, one of the best hotels, apartments, studios "call as you want" I have ever lived in. Everything is perfect about this place. Very clean and you will feel that you are at your home. The only point which could be an improvement is to have a smart TV "which is not necessarily " but I mentioned it as point of improvement. Location is good but you have to walk a little bit "around 10 min" to the nearest metro station but you will enjoy as you will pass by restaurants, coffee shops and other shops. For those who would like to live the live as citizens, this hotel is for you.
All the appreciation goes to the staff who are really helpful.

An exceptional location, near bus stops, metro, Cevahir Mall, restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything very close by. Very friendly staff, discreet, smiling, impeccable cleanliness !!! I get teary-eyed when I talk about Istanbul and you: Mustafa, Ferhat, Erhan (the gentlemen at the reception), exceptional, professional, hospitable people ready anytime to help you.
I will come back to 116Residence with pleasure!

2nd time i stay here n if i visit Istanbul again i will stay here staff very friendly very helpful super clean apartments excellent location every thing near shops bakery supermarket pharmacy and the main street is just less then 5 min walk .

Supper nice and clean good for family with kids . It is my first time to have hotel apartment have fully furnitured kitchen.
Close to every thing . The guys working speaks very good English.
Very worm in winter inside .
Having washing machine for clothes and dishes . Tv .. and ironing plus hair dryer.
