I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The entire property is spotlessly clean—you can tell they take hygiene and upkeep seriously. Every area, from the lobby to the hallways and especially the rooms, felt fresh and well maintained.
The customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always greeting me with genuine warmth and professionalism. Any request, big or small, was handled quickly and with a smile.
The apartment size was surprisingly large, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. On top of that, the room was equipped with all the modern facilities you could hope for—fast WiFi, smart TV, comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, and thoughtful touches that made the stay even better.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, modern, and backed by a truly fantastic team. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

It is a great place to stay on istaqlal with the rooms that have a kitchenette and lots of wardrobes. There is no breakfast facility however.

I booked this stay from the already excellent reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the location is perfect, right on the main shopping street. Very clean terrace room and no noise at all from the street below! All together 5*

The front desk during the morning and afternoon was very helpful! The hotel was clean and modern. Taksim is 5 steps away. You can’t beat it!

We recently stayed at Sentire Hotels & residences with our big family group, including grandparents and young kids, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sentire Taksim Hotel. The room was spacious and fully equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, dishes, plus a washing and drying machine - very convenient. We had a room on the 6th floor with a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing with tea or coffee in the evening.
Even though the hotel is right next to busy Istiklal Street, it was very quiet inside. The reception staff were always polite, friendly, and quick to help. At night the entrance is closed, but whenever we called, the door was opened immediately.
Overall, everything was perfect - a great place to stay in the heart of Taksim.

I booked four nights for my relative and
One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….

It was a small and good hotel.
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.

For 4* hotel is not that good, staff is not welcoming, they are not speaking english that good so for everything we want we have that language barrier. Breakfast is nice because of the view but everyday offer for breakfast is the same.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.

The room is too small ( bathroom is separated only by glass from the sleeping room) , it was not clean at all, no bright lights, the service was not good.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)

Don't even consider coming here. Hotel staff is rude, they told us we had to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Rooms are very small and extremely smelly. Elevators are small as well. Only good thing was the breakfast but not good enough to recommend the hotel.
