Everything was horrible in this hotel. They are absolutely not professional. This hotel is run by children not by professionals of tourism. every corner of it is disgusting. They didn’t give us the room we booked in the first day and didn’t even explain why. The second day we got the room we booked, it looked absolutely not like the pictures in booking. The room was stinky and smelling dampness there was stains all over the roof and smelled horrible the floor was old and itchy the door of the room was all pulled which didn’t feel secure and even the door nob was not working we had to wait for a technical guy to come fix it. They ruined our stay, wasted our time and money and made us pay the night even though we asked for a refund and just leave. The guy at the reception was rude and didn’t try to find a solution for us to accommodate us differently. This room is only destined for mouses of this old hotel and can’t be occupied by people. We had the worst night of our life and couldn’t sleep with the atrocity of the smell of moisture. Honestly this hotel doesn’t deserve its price, there are better options in the corner with same or better price. They gave us the worst image about Turkish people, arrogant, with no manners of hospitality and made us regret our holiday

I recently stayed at Sirkeci Park Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff—they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Recep Önata for his outstanding management and organization, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.

Do not come here. Go elsewhere. Very misleading photos from booking.com which doesn't match reality. Old, small room, tiniest elevator you will find here. Bathroom in corner all black, broken door handle.
Lack of amenities, no toothbrush, 1 sandal given for 3 people staying. They stop giving complimentary water but still give out coffee and tea. Don't ask me why.

This was my first time returning to Agoda after a long break, and I feel completely deceived. The location link provided was wrong—twice—causing us to wander around Taksim for over two hours. When we finally found the correct place, we were shocked by how misleading the listing was.
The elevator is tiny and barely fits two people, the hallways are narrow, and the room I received was absolutely not what I booked. I reserved a two-bedroom, but what I got was a tiny space that barely fits one person per room. The bathroom is claustrophobic, and the overall condition does not match the photos on Agoda.
This experience ruined our arrival, and I genuinely feel scammed.
I demand a full refund for this misleading and unacceptable accommodation.
Agoda must hold properties accountable and protect customers from such false advertising. I’ve attached real photos as proof.

I would say it was a terrible experience, especially because we had to stay for 14 days, which is crazy! First day when we arrived to the Airport, we had to stay 2 hours waiting for their transportation service, they ended up texting me on WhatsApp saying they won’t be able to make it due to high traffic, so we took a taxi to the hotel for $65, first night at the hotel the power went down and we had to switch the room temporarily and in the morning they gave us another room, and again the toilet was not working properly and making noise, the room is two small and the building itself is too old, if you get up late in the morning you will find nothing left for breakfast, and this in case you liked it. 2 days before leaving we requested a transportation service to the airport from Hakim in the reception and we paid $50. When we were leaving they said that the driver can’t come to the hotel and again because of the high traffic so we had to walk with our luggage about 4 blocks to meet him but again he didn’t show up and it was a rainy day, we ended up taking a taxi and paying another $60 to catch up the flight. We called Hakim to refund us our money that we paid for transport service but he refused.hopefully the Hotel’s owner see this message so he knows what’s happening is case he’s not.

Sirkeci Train Station Hotel is centrally located, very close to Sultanahmet, Beyazıt, the Grand Bazaar, and Eminönü, and within walking distance of the sea.

Super nice owner
The room was super nice, the hotel is close to everything. The staff was super nice and I got a free upgrade as he wanted us to have a bigger room because we had small children, so kind.

Good value hotel in the heart of Istanbul
Fantastic location near Sirkeci station with all the main sights in walking distance, and excellent public transport connections.
Hotel is ornate, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.
One or two bits of decor were fraying and there was some noise from the street/mosque. Hotel would also benefit from an elevator.

The best Location with the best Staff you will have, they are very kind and providing the service.
Wish you the best especially the owner, he was very helpful as i was with my family.
The tram station Gulhan is only 5 min walk and sirkeci is one of the best/calm/beautifully places in istanbul.
The rooms were a little bit small but it is suitable for a short stay.
