Severe accute bacterial gastroenteritis is what You get from the hotel, spent days in hospital and other remaining days inside the hotel room suffering. And NOBODY takes responsibility, NOBODY. Stay away!

Very nice and clean hotel in a good location. Although being very close to the famous Cleopatra Beach, the place is not so crowded and noisy, and the prices at the local vendors are lower than in the centre. Big supermarket is almost around the corner and the post office and major bus station are within 10-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful and even though I was among the last guests, we got professional service until the very last moment. I heard some rumors about the quality of food earlier during the season, but during my stay everything was all right. Of course the range of meals available could not compare to more expensive hotels, but for budget-oriented tourists it was pretty good. There is a free Wi-Fi at the lobby, which (unlike in some other hotels) runs smoothly and constantly. Altogether, this is a perfect hotel for active tourists who want to get the basic services in good quality and reliably; for tourist who want to spend most of their time in the hotel and await amazing entertainment and all the range of delicious drinks and dishes there are many other options in Alanya ;). We were here during October, and the hotel's location, close to the city center, was fantastic. You can safely participate in exciting activities and great entertainment. The food was wonderful and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Our room overlooked a magnificent view. We enjoyed watching the sunset every day. We would like to thank Hasim, who helped us with everything. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is located across the street from 2 Cleopatra Beach. Its proximity to the sea is its draw. It's a bit far from the city center, but you can get there by bus. The room we were given for two was large. The food is monotonous; for a 4-star hotel, the menu could use some variety. But you won't go hungry. Reception is difficult to answer any questions. It's a bit sad in the evenings. The hotel is popular with Poles; there haven't been many Russians visiting this year.

We've been here before. I love it here, and everything was as we expected. The wonderful rooms and delicious food. The staff's warmth and friendly demeanor made us very happy. I highly recommend it. It's a wonderful hotel with a beach view, just two steps from the sea.

We were here in October and left happily. The food and rooms were as we expected, delicious and hygienic. The staff was respectful and honest. You can relax by the pool with calming music and sunshine. They offer a variety of activities, all at affordable prices and reliable. I recommend the hotel.

If you wish spoil your vacation book this hotel. You will feel yourself like in prison where everything is banned and stuff are aggressive.

The room size is OK. The waiter is not so diligent in cleaning the room, but it is still very clean once it is cleaned. The food is very tasty, there are many fruits, and hot water is available at any time. It is on the beach and close to the landing field. The exchange rate of the hotel is better than that of the airport.
