This hotel treated earthquake victims badly. They didn't allocate normal rooms but personnel dorms, plus didn't provide heating in February! All good people of the world, avoid this place!

Guys, it's just an incredible place.
Hotel after renovation. Rooms are clean and modern. Food is just awesome. 10/10. Grilled fish and meet, fresh salads and fruits. Recommend to visit SPA in Hotel and massage. They are professionals. Prices are cheap for this level of service! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is so good. Close to the bars and beach. Pool is clean. It's not 3 star hotel. It's a heavy 4*.

Me and my family stayed here for 21 nights (01.08-23.08).I need to say,that we were really pleased.The food was really good,and the workers in the restaurant and the reception were always friendly and interested.When there was a problem,they reacted fast to solve it.The pool was clean and the housekeeping in our room was there everyday.The rooms are completely modernized.The beach is reachable in just a few minutes.Thanks especially to Abdullah from the restaurant and to the others,who were also very attentive.Thank you for the good service and a nice time,we‘ll come back

It was a pleasure to be here it was pretty good we had a room for three people, food was good on my opinion but my two cousins were saying no it's not good also it has a spot for drinks etc.. so much to say

Hotel has been renovated lately, so rooms were okay, new furniture, clean air conditions.
Great beach in 5 min walking distance.
Housekeeping, though, doing very lousy job, bedsheets were not changed once in 14 days, sand was everywhere even after their clean up. Also, they start knocking your door around 8:30 AM and if you're not ready to let them in, never come back that day, even if you put a sign at your door.
Food was okay, but not too much of a variety.
Alcohol was awful, we could not bear even one glass of wine.
Wi-fi was okay.
So, in general, hotel is okay, but not worthy of coming back again.

The hotel offers you very comfortable, clean stay. The manager is very attentive, he is taking care of every single detail for your comfort and nice stay. The staff are also proffesional as well as friendly. I definitely advice here for your vacation.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. Everything is horrible: rooms, food, location, service. We didn’t stay in the hotel, our room was in a building opposite the hotel. We even got food poisoning during our stay there and we had to spend 3 days in a hospital and buy our food from the supermarket. No one in the reception knew English and they didn't bother to help or understand anything. We couldn't sleep because our neighbors were screaming all night and the security didn't do anything. During our stay there nobody cleaned our room; we didn't have clean sheets and toilette paper. This shouldn't be called a hotel and it should be closed right away!!!

A really nice, all inclusive hotel with friendly staff and a location that's literally 50 meters from the Kleopatra beach, and 20 meters from the bus stop. It's a budget hotel, nothing too fancy, but still more than a bargain for what they offer.
