I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my recent stay at this hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, concerning from a health and safety perspective. The restaurant hygiene standards were appalling. Food was left uncovered and unlabelled, and several guests — including myself — suffered from food poisoning during our stay. It was shocking to see such a lack of basic food safety practices. Communication from staff was poor throughout. When we tried to raise concerns, there was little to no response or accountability. The bar area was equally disappointing, with a very limited selection of drinks and machines that barely worked. The room cleanliness was unacceptable. Stained towels were left in our room, and the bedding was not changed once during the entire stay. Housekeeping standards were far below what you’d expect from any reputable hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of hygiene, poor service, and indifference to guest wellbeing make this place unsafe and unsanitary. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere — for your own health and safety.

Thought my friend who I went with was going to die at this hotel severe food poisoning she spent 5 days in bed, doctor in this hole charged her €150 and then asked for €5.00 for a tip all he did was write a perception out and that was another €29.00 it's a nightmare hole, it's a dirty dump

Location good. All inclusive was terrible and 3/4 of our group get food poison. Sewer smells in room... Cannot recommend.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which not only failed to meet the promised 4-star standards but also completely ruined what should have been a special and memorable occasion—my 21st birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unacceptable and distressing conditions: Upon arrival, the toilet in our room contained urine and feces—a truly disgusting welcome. The room had faulty electrics, which felt unsafe and unsuitable for a hotel claiming a high standard. Sewage smells were constant—from our balcony and even by the pool area. The shower ran cold in the morning and only warmed up in the afternoon, making it difficult to get ready comfortably each day. The buffet food was consistently cold, and shortly after eating there, my partner developed food poisoning, sickness, and diarrhoea. We suspect the buffet as the cause because multiple other guests nearby were also seen and heard vomiting. There was no entertainment provided throughout our stay, despite this being advertised. We discovered there was no minibar in the room, even though it was clearly listed in the room description. The on-site hairdresser mentioned in your listing was unavailable, forcing us to use one across the street who was unreliable and unprofessional. Your website also advertises a beachfront restaurant, yet we were never given access or information about it. We were shocked to find that money had gone missing from our room, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being in place. This is a serious issue and implies staff theft or gross negligence. When we raised these concerns with the staff, they often pretended not to understand English and refused to engage in resolving the problems. The manager even stated that none of the issues were their problem, which added to our distress. Several members of staff had a consistently rude and dismissive attitude, making the experience even more unpleasant. In addition, although the bar offered three free drinks, we were still expected to pay for additional drinks, which contradicts the impression given prior to booking. When taking a video of the lady who went in our room for the police the manager (who claimed he was the manager of the hotel he was called ugar became very aggressive and basically assaulted us and swore to find out that he wasn’t actually the manager a bloke named kadir is the real manager we asked to speak to him multiple times). Overall, this was not a 4-star experience—not even close. The condition of the hotel, the attitude of staff, and the serious health and safety concerns have not only caused us stress but have ruined what should have been a happy, celebratory holiday. In the many, many years of going to different hotels in different countries, this is by far THE worst. I write this as someone who is not fussy when it comes to room standards or high food expectations, as I genuinely will eat anything and sleep in any room, since I am out for most of the day... until it came to this hotel. WORST FOOD POISONING BOTH MYSELF AND OTHER GUESTS HAVE EXPERIENCED. FOOD Breakfast: Inedible. Three warm platters every single day, including hard-boiled eggs, roasted peppers, and the last one often being a mystery. The selection of vegetables was often off, and there was no milk for cereal. If something ran out, they didn’t bring more. The only edible thing was the bread — which must have been cut with a completely blunt knife, then stood on and ripped apart, judging by how bad the pieces looked. Couldn’t even make a sandwich with it as everything would fall off! The slices were so squashed and pressed down that they were the tiny size of my finger! Ham and cheese were hard and mouldy. You could tell they tried to cut off the mold on the cheese, but didnt do a good job of it, leaving it looking green in certain bits (no, it was not meant to be mouldy cheese, it was some sort of cheddar cheese bits). Lunch and Dinner: DO NOT EAT THE MEAT UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. Multiple times I tried the chicken, and it was old — absolutely stinking of meat that had gone off. There’s no way the staff didn’t smell the stench when preparing it. After one day, I had the worst food poisoning, forcing me to stay in the hotel for the duration of my one-week stay: diarrhoea, vomiting, high temperature, hot/cold shivers, etc. The same cold-tasting food was served constantly. Do not expect chips, anything plain, or anything remotely tasty! I had to spit food out of my mouth SO many times, due to it being off or purely disgusting. When speaking to other guests, I counted (from conversations) roughly 20 others during our one-week stay who also experienced the same due to the food. Staff from other hotels told me that previous guests from this hotel had reported this same issue in recent months. This means the food poisoning is happening continuously, with the hotel being aware, yet doing nothing. OTHER HOTELS EVEN KNOW HOW BAD THE FOOD POISONING IS HERE. Having spoken to staff of other hotels, they informed me that they spoke to previous guests from this hotel over the last few MONTHS, and told me they know that that is the reputation of Kleopatra Ada Hotel. When has it been made normal that a hotel is known by locals for the food poisining it gives its guests? For the days that I could eat, I survived on boiled potatoes and cakes, as the “fresh veg” that’s usually safe was off. Lunch was at 12:30–14:00, but they brought the hot food out at 11:00 — so it was cold by the time anyone ate. Where do I start this place is the worst hotel in Antalya my husband and myself are here for three weeks we are on day 8 and have eaten nothing as there is very little choice and what there is is cold coffee and juice machines not working some mornings the food is inedible what there is of it beds don't get changed unless you ask towels don't always get left reception are totally unhelpful and to add insult to injury love holidays don't have a rep here so that you can move hotels if you have booked this hotel and you have time change it as fast as you can we are in room 302 on the third floor and it's small with little storage space and gets a quick mop and that's it no bathroom cleaning or anything if I could have given no stars I certainly would have for this review this hotel is not for the English and it is definitely not 4 star I wouldn't rate it 2 let alone 4 and we have 2 more weeks of this horrible place

Worst hotel ever in 35 yrs of travelling Arrived to a rude staff member gave us key without telling us where to go corridors were pitch black tried wrong door which key opened . Wasn’t shown how to lock our door till morning so felt unsafe mattress were filthy fridge was yellow no kettle . Phone wires were cut . Food if you can call it that was disgusting same every day so ate out. Pool bar closed at 10-30 . No entertainment . I can’t see how this was graded a 4 star I’d give it 1 due to location had to pay for WiFi . I feel someone ought to go and check this hotel out

This hotel was shocking. Terrible food and room, staff were rude, had to pay for WiFi, no cocktails or rose wine served at the bar, room was NOT as advertised.

It's the most miserable hotel I've ever stayed at. Bad food, only few types of food available . I was with my son in hospital because of the food. Even if the price is lower than other hotels, it's not worth ruining your vacation because of it. The only advantage is the location close to the beach.
