The food is terrible – most of it is overcooked, tasteless mush or so greasy that it’s literally dripping. The only thing you can safely eat are the fries – and only from a tray, because after what I saw today, I wouldn’t risk anything from a bowl. I found a cockroach in the food, which is absolutely unacceptable. The staff look like they’re being forced to work there, with zero interest or reaction. This place is a complete failure and shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this. Strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs.

In no universe is this a four star hotel,at a push it'd be a 3 but in actuality it's maybe a 2 star 'hotel'.
The WIFI is very good,the rooms are nice if a bit small,the food is hit and miss, sometimes good but again nowhere near 4 star standard,sometimes really bad,in any case not a lot of option.
The soft drinks are good,branded(fanta, coke,sprite),the beer is good,I didn't try the wine or spirits.The barman Muhamet has a serious personality issue,he is cold and unapproachable,the rest of the staff were polite.The 'lobby bar' was not open once during my week stay,the pool bar not open until 12.30 and completely shut at 10pm.Cocktails are not all inclusive it costs money,this is very disappointing.
The communal areas,especially the pool area,are not clean.There are SIX(yes 6), sunbeds,no parasols to shelter from the sun.They claim to have two pools but one is in essence a small paddling pool, the 'big' pool is very small,not the worst but for a 4 star hotel unacceptable.The pool water is freezing it should be heated.Zero animations/activities day or night.The rooms are in different blocks with a public road intersecting,not the best.The staff make loud noises with soda cannisters very early in the morning.The location is good,seconds to the beautiful beach,but beware their is no private beach as claimed.You get your soft drink in a small glass which most of the time Muhamet half fills,he is also absent from the bar for long periods of time.He seems very friendly with the Russian guests,whom I felt this place mainly caters for,some of whom are very very rude,not really helping their international reputation.
Definitely definitely not for children there's literally nothing for kids here except a cold pool and a cold paddling pool.As I said the pool area is dirty and also claustrophobic.No snacks at any time apart from one day some tiny shop bought biscuits.The elevator is also filthy.
To summarise,this is NOT a 4 star hotel and is far far far away from being one it should not be advertised as one.
I would certainly not return their are some beautiful 4 and even 3 stars hotel in Alanya this is certainly not one,I would not recommend.

Right after I left hotel same day i noticed that I forgot my trousers there. With my ID card. When I called and then visit there they said that housekeeper couldn't find. But I lost there if my dresses didn't learn how to fly. I don't care about trousers but i had big problem because of my lost .

Currently staying here don’t expect friendly service from The bar manager Mohammed if you are English he is rude doesn’t give full measures any other nationality he loves and gives great service to. Avoid if you intend on using the bar or don’t go all inclusive

We spent 9 nights in the hotel
The pictures were very different from reality

Positive -

-the location (sea is about 2 min walk away) the city about 20 min

-The boy at the reception is quite nice

Negative
-The canal stinks in the bathroom - was reported but nothing was done
Also the toilet flush does not work properly.
After 1 week the TV was fixed

-The food is the same every day
French fries, rice, spaghetti and chicken nuggets
-except for the salads it is not self-service they give you something on your plate
-The butter has run out
-the tablecloths are always dirty

All in all the food was very monotonous and without flavour.

The staff in the restaurant is unfriendly except for the boss

-The beach is to pay 10 euros a day
-all inclusive means 3 meals and drinks (cocktails not included)
No snacks and no extras like its written
-Not to forgett the Wlan is not working.

We will come back to Turkey but certainly not to this hotel again
