Ramira Joy Hotel in Alanya

All smoking rooms, broken and old furniture, TV sets are from 80s. Reception is not willing to change the room. Food was disgusting. We had food poisoning several times. Impossible to sleep at night because of the constant noise. Never go back to this nightmare!

Lumpy beds.
I hurt my leg on the furniture because it was not assembled correctly.
The kitchen inventory was terrible.
No dish soap or brush.
Not as much as a dish cloth to clean up with.
The stove gave off a small electrical shock if you touched it while turning it on.
There is free WiFi but not in the rooms. Only in the lobby or by the pool.
The light in the hallway did not work. We had to tell the reception five times before anything happened.
The pool was full of rubble.
The receptionists did not seem to care about us but the rest of the staff was nice and forthcoming.

Made a killer pina colada though...

WARNING! I found a small electrical malfunction by the pool. Could clearly feel the current in my fingertips when touching the area. It was right by the water and scared me because it could become worse and become dangerous. I told the staff, but they only got passed off and refused to check it out properly.
I do NOT recommend this hotel!!!!

don’t ever stay here honestly wouldn’t even say the hotel was 1 star, we went with another couple & both booked the same on arrival to the hotel we had one tiny room and one double the size which was quite unfair due to paying the same & booking the same half of the party had to change rooms 4 times due to the balcony door not looking which reception was informed and he said he knew that’s why he didn’t really want to move room but it will be sorted tomorrow which is shocking as anyone could of came in there room, second room change was after the door wasn’t fixed the next day was a room that smelt so so strong of smoke which they refused straight away next room the shower & mini fridge didn’t work which was when we decided to move hotels considering we couldn’t eat here either the food is vile flies over the cold food, the rest of the food was disgusting I wouldn’t even feed to my dogs, everyone we spoke to there was saying how no one eats here
the “snack bar” advertised on there website isn’t open and looks like a run down hut, they served the most basic drinks such as one type of beer & the bar server would pour it was 1/2 head & 1/4 bear more like ice cream & didn’t speak English basically at all, vodka & gin & house win was about all & basic lemonade & coke even had to pay for pure orange juice, lifts & hallways were always filled with pilled up glasses & takeaway boxes don’t blame them for that, there is no entertainment what so ever also stated on there website, the Wi-fi which also says is free has to be paided for we had to eat at for every meal & drink spending a ridiculous amount after already paying for all inclusive, the “inside pool” downstairs has 1 small spotlight working out of about 25 on the roof would need to bring a torch if you wanted to use it, after complaining about the food we had the chef rudely staring at us as we walked thought looking at what food was available thought we might aswell get our entertainment somewhere as they don’t provide any

Room's clean, gym doesn't work,food was awful,everyday the same ( without fruit and always coffee machine was broken)
