I spent one unforgettable week at this hotel in Alanya, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. From the very first moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Every single person I met – from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team – was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had the best possible experience. You could really feel that they love what they do especially the manager, which created such a positive and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful – everything is spotless, well maintained, and full of little details that make you feel like you’re in a small paradise. The pool area was stunning and there were always enough sunbeds available. It’s clear that the management puts a lot of effort into keeping the place in perfect condition.

The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, tasty dishes, both local Turkish specialties and international options. Whether it was breakfast or dinner with a beautiful sunset view, everything was simply delicious.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed. The cleaning staff did an amazing job – the room was spotless every day. I also appreciated the small touches, like the neatly arranged towels.

What really made this trip so special, though, was the overall atmosphere. It’s one of those places where you can truly relax, forget about everything, and just enjoy life. The combination of amazing service, great food, and beautiful surroundings made my week in Alanya absolutely dreamy.

I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about – there were no issues at all during my entire stay. Everything worked perfectly, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful, high-quality vacation in Alanya. I will definitely be coming back! :))

First and formost I should say the manager of the hotel is so respectful, supportive and available to solve possible problems.we stayed 5 nights in this hotel. On first day our balcony was near a club and we changed our room because of loud sound of the club, and new room was cozy and quite. The hotel is really clean. It's a beach hotel and the beach is stunning. The accessibilty of the hotel to city center, bus stop, shops and restaurants is great. One thing to keep in mind is the hotel doesn't have elavator ofcourse like many other beach hotels.Another thing to consider is, the safety box is available in rooms but you have to pay 10 £ for the key. In sum we enjoyed our staying in this hotel.

The breakfast guy caused us problems. Even though everything was ready at 07:27, he insisted that we had to have breakfast at 07:30. Even though we said we had a flight and missed it, he said it was not my problem. We do not want to give bad marks because Aziz and Serdar helped us a lot. But the breakfast guy's attitude was very bad.

You can not fault the location, right on the beach and the restaurant Bliss beach has some top notch food , the waiters and lounge service is 10 points, music and vibes are great , downside is the hotel staff at the reception Deniz was his name rude little bald man.

Great Hotel! Nice rooms with fridge and good AC. The connecting restaurant was great, both in terms of price and quality. Thanks to the nice staff and especially to the very friendly cleaning lady😊
