Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel in Alanya

This hotel was horrible. When we first checked in, they put us in separate rooms without our kids so we couldn’t stay together. The carpets were very dirty and I accidentally kicked one over and this soil got all over my feet. Next, the elevators didnt work. It was very old, it honestly didn’t even feel like a hotel, just a old big house with some facilities. When we went to our rooms, it stank, the towels werent clean and the shampoos were a little bottle. I had to go to the local supermarket to buy some actual shampoo. We then went to our kids room, a cockroach was beside my oldest bed. It was very dirty, and on the second day it was a leakage of water out of nowhere. The food. Gosh the food was disgusting. It’s not British friendly at all and didn’t even specify if it was vegetarian or not, and the chef’s room looked very dirty. Another thing was, the chef touched my kid suddenly. There was barely any food, and the drinks were basic juices that had to be pour on some small cups. The food makes you very sick aswell, as they sometimes gave you the same food everyday. “All Inclusive” But yet they said wifi was free but I had to pay 15 quid for each family member for WIFI??? My family had enough of this, so we decided to move to another hotel. And when we left, the staff cursed us out. Honestly a terrible experience at this hotel. DON’T GO!! Its not a 4 star, its a 1 star. That’s how terrible it was.
