I came back from this hotel 6 days ago and unfortunately, I have to share a very bad experience&, regarding the hotel itself, the location, rooms, food, mostly it was okay, the food is the same every day, the breakfast is very bad, the dinner is average, the service of the hotel is very bad, the staff is rude and uninterested, after 3 days of stay, when we came back from the beach, we saw that they had cleaned us the room of two women, after showering, we wanted to go to the city and when we opened the bag to take money from the wallet, we were shocked saw that the maids stole 100 euros from us!!we immediately complained at the reception, the guy who works there called two women which they were cleaning, and then they laughed, spoke something in Turkish, and told us if we didn't understand something, to go to the police ourselves.. I don't recommend this hotel if you don't want the maids to steal your money or some valuables, and I'm sure it's not the first or the last time.. avoid the hotel.

Avoid!! The worst service ever!

Checked in with my husband and 9 month old, on arrival no one helped us with our luggage. The lady at the desk didn’t understand English so it was difficult to communicate. Checked in, there was no kettle in the room for my babies milk, so we asked the reception for hot water, to which she didn’t understand what we were asking. Then she replied that there’s no hot water, after trying to explain to her that I need to feed my baby and I can’t get hot water anywhere, she suddenly went to get hot water from somewhere. There was no crib in the room even tho in the booking we have requested a baby cot to be added into our room which was one of the options which the hotel offered upon booking. There was no high chair in the room for me to feed my baby, so I had to feed him on the bed which made a mess. When i asked for extra bedding at the reception desk and told them I need clean sheets because my baby made a mess, I was told this can’t be provided ad bedding only gets changed on certain days. To which I said I understand but my baby made a mess on the bed ad there is no high chair, so I need it changed. I was told that “if we do it for you we have to do it for every guest” as well as “ there’s other guests with babies and only your baby makes a mess”eventually After 10 mins of arguing I was finally given clean sheets.

Throughout our 7 day stay, the staff was extremely unwelcoming. When I once again asked the bar for hot water for baby milk, the man who was working at the bar just made a face and said “ no water”. I then I had to go and purchase a kettle from a store just so I was able to feed my baby.

The man at the bar was extremely rude and unwelcoming throughout our stay. Every time we would want to purchase a drink from the bar he would be extremely rude and would have zero customer service skills. He seemed like he hated doing anything which was in his job description.

On the day which house keepers were meant to change the bedding in our room, only the sheets got changed and the pillow cases and throws were left dirty. To which I once again had to go and argue with reception to be provided with clean bedding as this was not done even on the day it was meant to be done for all guests.

The room was old and outdated. Part of The shower door would not close which resulted in water going all over the bathroom.
The AC cover randomly fell off by itself onto the floor in the middle of the night whilst we were sleeping.

Do not stay if you have kids.

Comparing with 3 stars hotel, rooms are good condition with aircon. Location is central near to everything. Downside is the poor customer service, with poor internet connection. Staff are resist and hate non-Turkish nationals. I will never go back to Turkey after this bad experience. Restaurant was not clean, cold food was tasty, but cooked one was tasteless. 5 of us got food poisons. I heard a lot before, but did not believe it until I experienced it that "Turks do not care about tourist, just want their money". Sadly we heard their Turkish aircraft daily above us flying and we heart later they gone to bomb and kill innocent children in Kurdistan (East Syria and North Iraq).
