Taç Premier Hotel & Spa in Alanya

We have been to turkey 3 times to same area Alanya all different hotels. This hotel has been the most disappointing down to the hotel room being scruffy and needing updated and generally not cleaned well , toilet was not cleaned properly, some days towels not changed despite them saying fresh towels every day, no shower mats some days, shower soap not replaced for 3 days (lucky we had our own) but this is supposed to be provided in the dispensers. The bedding is awful, no flat sheet just waffle blankets which were never changed. The blankets had holes in and were not sufficient for a comfortable nights sleep. Make sure you out your towels on the floor then you will hopefully get replaced with clean ones if not make sure you ask as I had to in the end . The beach is nice but be warned they do not have a private beach! You can use block 7 area which you then have to pay for loungers and umbrellas at 10 euros a day. There is a man in reception that will give you a day free if you block book he’s there most days. The last two hotels we stayed at we did not have to pay for any sun beds and those hotels were cheaper than this one. There is no free coffee or water on the beach like the previous hotels either so again you pay for everything and you’re not allowed to take your own. The food is awful, repetitive and uninspiring, more importantly nothing barely is labelled , the salad bar is never labelled and has multiple dishes that you just don’t know what’s in them , the main dishes just say meat or fish but not what else is in it ! so I would check with a chef if you have allergies/intolerance’s as you do not know what you are eating which is very dangerous! My husband had food poisoning. The snack bar is the same every day pizzas and burgers and more disgusting is that the servers don’t ware gloves ! They were picking the food up with their hands so if you wanted pizza toppings they would make to order but everything hand touched , same with the burgers they touched every bit of food, there aprons were dirty and I watch them several times cough using there hands over there mouths, then touch there faces and then not wash their hands and carry on touching peoples food, this should be basic hygiene! Some staff in the restaurant wore gloves so they should be in the snack bar. The drinks you will need to ask what comes as part of all inclusive as they don’t tell you or have menus hardly anywhere, some staff don’t even smile when serving you , Some of the waiters in the restaurant are polite and smiley but most look like they hate their job and slouch around, there is also never enough cutlery! The entertainment or should I said music is incredibly loud and once that is over around midnight you can hear the restaurant being cleaned chairs being moved until early hours ( we were in block 4) then again at 6am so don’t expect much sleep if you get put in that block. Outside the bedrooms there are tables and a chair for which guests would leave food and drin

Absolutely disgusting !!! All 3 family members had food poisoning. Went to chemist to get tablets and they laughed and had tablets at hand as we were not the first ! Food is same at lunch and dinner and basically topped up, dinning room is warm and uncomfortable to eat in, they have fans but not switched on, waiter setting tables for dinner time and was handling the cutlery by the fork head now he could have had his hands down his trousers it up his **** but quite happily no f@@@s given, plate of leftover food left on stairs for 4 days before the cleaners decided to clean up, even the cats refused the dregs !! Lastly a table of 6 local firefighters were eating and had left over pizza 🍕 which the waitress decided to recycle through the back and not in the bin !!! Beware its brutal
