Arsi Hotel in Alanya

Don't go to that hotel! Every other guest said the same. Window looked out onto a wall! Pool was overcrowded and dirty! Not enough sun loungers and parasols! Broken glass near the pool and staff didn't care

Totally disgraceful place. A nightmare to even go to this place and stay. Disgusting toilets all broken and shower had mold and even bedrooms had mold on the walls. And the staff had utterly disgusting behaviour. Have no respect for you. The staff is so bad. They dont give a damn if everything is bad. Once they have your money the rest they dont care about your stay. The beds didn't have sheets. We arrived late at night and the staff didnt have a rooms for us. We ended up waiting for 3 hours and got our room at 4 am.

Very bad hotel,would say to everyone stay away from it! All my family holidays were ruined,specially last 3 days because they was drilling from 7;30am in the morning till 6pm of renovations

Really bad hotel, my friend and I were sick with food poisoning for three days. There were plates and food on every floor, it was such a dirty place. Not enough seats at the restaurant for the guests, the same food was served every day, we didn’t eat there for the last four days because every thing was so disgusting. Would definitely not recommend this hotel, the only good thing is the location:)

Worst hotel ever, more like a hostel. All rooms have 1 double bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Not like the pictures. Cockroaches in the room and not clean. The food is the worst part. Me and allot of other people got so sick from the food I even had to go to the hospital it was so bad. Stay away!

In all my years of travelling either solo or with family and friends arsi hotel is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The staff at this hotel were hostile, rude, condescending, very argumentative and aggressive to say the least. I booked a single room which had a single bed , a bunk bed and a wardrobe. I was charged £49 to upgrade to a double room. Not only that the upgraded room also look like a storage for spare furniture, the shower was not draining causing the bathroom to flood. When I raised this concerns it was met with indifference and excuses. My door would not open from inside once, I have to call the front desk several times before someone came to repair it. The food was disgusting and tastes awful. I ate out of the hotel most of the time. My room was not clean even once for the duration of my stay. To top it all up 2 male members of staff opened my room door just before midnight and ran off when I shouted to demand the reason for coming to my room. As a solo traveller I was extremely scared and traumatized. The only reason given by the hotel was that they made a mistake and that was it. I felt unsafe and checked out a day earlier with an additional cost. I spent over £350 on food, transfer and 1 night stay in another hotel. Do not let the pictures on the hotel site or the supposedly 4 start rating fool you, arsi hotel is a dump, a scam and you will be wasting your money and endangering your own safety by staying there (especially for solo travellers)

The whole hotel experience is bad!The rooms are awful,avoid the meat patties (i got food poisoning frim them). Totally ruined 2 days of my holiday.The reception and kitchen staff are really good people and they are the only good thing about this hotel.Avoid this hotel!

Food is a guessing gane, no labels on food, no butter available during lunch or dinner for bread, salad is fresh but the meat is a game of guess what. Rooms are filthy and the ones advertised on the website are for a different hotel not this one, they are dated and broken/falling apart, moved rooms and serious cracking and splitting along all 3 visible sides of the structural support column for the corner of the hotel. Staff are miserable and not willing to help, only 1 staff member understood any english, and was willing to help. All inclusive is gin, vodka, (15% vol) a single beer or wine, coke, coke zero, fanta, sprite, tea, coffee, cordial juice or water. No pool bar as advertised, it's inside, mid afternoon snack is only sweets and cakes no savoury option. The kids pool is a small square about 2ft deep, not sloped or anything. The view from the first room was of a concrete wall, in an indoor courtyard that was 40°-50° as all AC units pumping heat into the enclosed space. Balcony door warped and unable to close.
