Alaaddin Beach Hotel - Adult Only in Alanya

If you don't like having music blaring from 8 a.m. to midnight non-stop and unwelcoming, jaded staff who insist on pushing you to buy: run away! The hotel is cute (although tiny, the downstairs rooms overlook the pool, hence the incessant noise - in addition to the music) and the food is acceptable (although repetitive and not as good at breakfast). Overall, don't go to Alanya. Cheap hotels right next to each other, rotten and expensive counterfeits, Turkish wine scams, mediocre restaurants and bars, adulterated alcohol... mass tourism at its worst. And what's more, the journey to and from the airport takes 3 hours!!!

Pure scam! As a warning, I would recommend you to find another hotel! The pictures of the hotel are old, in reality the hotel is tired, dirty, the food is bad , the staff are rude and unfriendly! We arrived at the hotel at night, the hotel room was very hot and the display for the air conditioning just flashed with an error code. We immediately went to the reception and reported it, a man from the reception came quickly but he couldn't get it to work, another guy also looked at it and he said it would be fixed the next day as it had to be done on the internet. They didn't have another room available so we were put in two incredibly dirty fans. One was noisy like a helicopter and it was a hot and sleepless night, the next morning we went to breakfast, then an incredibly rude female receptionist comes to the table and says we have punched the air conditioning control on the wall and have to pay for a new one! It was only the hotel staff who had touched this display and now they wanted to blame us! My husband and I looked at each other and couldn’t believe what we just heard! We had a meeting with our guide from TUI as a witness and the hotel manager, we were told to pay 150 € and leave the hotel or they would call the police! We chose to pay and leave the hotel. There was no help to get from TUI to find us a new hotel or rebook our flight. They said the hotel could not do this according the contract but they could not help us even if they are obligated to do so. We were on our own without the hotel and the all inclusive we paid for! Our holiday was ruined, with a night of no sleep and a day wasted on false accusations and feeling scammed we booked new flights tickets and went home! Never again Turkey for us!

very nice hotel clean and good location right on the beach.
however hotel was adults only hotel but there were families with children eating in the restaurant on an evening??
the hotel owner is apparently a cat loving person,which is fine but when you are allergic to cats and do nothing but sneeze,and the cats are walking across your table whilst trying to eat a meal that's a no,no.very unhygienic and unacceptable.
food was not great and most of the time was cold , breakfast was even worse not a great deal of choice.myself and my husband were half board and ended up eating out most of the time because of the poor choice..
it states no towels to be left on sunbeds for more than 20 minutes if they are unoccupied,this never happened and towels were left sometimes most of the day unoccupied, which because of this we never got to use a sunbed round the pool area all week and had to go on the beach ,which is not ideal .
would not stay at this hotel again because of these faults ..
