Hotel Bella Bravo in Alanya

Wouldnt go back there. Cleaning was not good at all. They just remake the bed. They never changed sheets or pillow for the whole week. It didnt smell good after cleaning either. The elevator is horrible. Bathroom is very small of size. Toilet is placed very narrow. The room were old and outdated. Beds are extremly hard. The staff wasnt very nice and polite either. My son got a deep cut in the swingpool there, and he bleeded a lot. I told them it needed to be cleaned up all the blood. They just gave me a small tray with cold water from bar that i could wash it away with. Throw it over they said... Food also isnt good. We got frozen chicken in our nachos... pay more and get better hotel is my advice.

Hotel location good. Close to the beach, walking distance to the center and bus to Alanya only took 10-15 minutes. The hotel's standard was below average. Dirt everywhere except at the reception! They never cleaned the sunbeds or around the pool during the whole week. There were so many ants crawling around and feasting on old spilled sugar. In the room they never changed the sheets, ever! They just remake the bed with the same bedspread and brushed away crumbs. There was a strong smell of mold in the bathroom, and around the shower and shower cubicle it was clear how poorly it was cleaned. Dishwashing is not included, nor was there anything to wash with. Neither washing liquid nor brush. There were not enough plates and spoons etc for all four of us.

English: We HAD to stay here for 14 days. It is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Starting from the personal, nobody is able to speak english, apart from the owner, which has also a poor English and isn't always present. The room we firstly got was with a non-working toilet. Pictures below. The owner meant the room is good though and we should not change it. After complaining again, we got another room. All of the 3 rooms we changed were extremely filthy. I've never seen a poor hygiene like there. There is no Wi-Fi outside the lobby, and even there it isn't stable at all, so that a restart of the router is required frequently to let it work again. Sheets and towels were stained with different kinds of stains, even blood! There are also a pictures below. Safe and air conditioner are also for a fee (5€ every day for the air conditioner). As you exit the room, the entire electricity of the room goes off, even the fridge and air conditioner (that you dearly paid for). The toilets of the lobby are a nightmare. Nobody flushes the toilet, there no water comes out! The doors of the toilets are broken, you can't close them and the women's door has a hole in the glass, so that everybody can see you naked! Lastly but certainly not leastly, everybody has access to every room's and safe's keys, there the reception is almost 24/7 empty, and even the owner tells you to deposit your key independently, so there is absolutely no security and safety when you leave your room. I seriously don't reccomend to stay here.
Deutsch: Wir mussten 14 Tage hier bleiben. Es ist das schlechteste "Hotel", in dem ich je gewesen bin. Vom Personal kann sich niemand auf Englisch verständigen, außer der Besitzer, der auch schlecht Englisch spricht und nicht immer anwesend ist. Erstens erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer als das Gebuchte. Nachdem wir uns fast eine halbe Stunde lang beschwert hatten, bekamen wir ein Neues. Als wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben, war dieses mit einer nicht funktionierenden Toilette ausgestattet. Bilder im Anhang. Der Besitzer meinte, das Zimmer sei gut und wir sollten es nicht wechseln. Nachdem wir uns wieder lange beschwert hatten, bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Alle 3 Zimmer, die wir gewechselt haben, waren sehr dreckig. Ich habe noch nie eine so schlechte Hygiene gesehen. Es gibt kein WLAN außerhalb der Lobby, und selbst dort ist es überhaupt nicht möglich, eine stabile Verbindung zu haben, so dass häufig ein Neustart des Routers erforderlich ist, damit es wieder funktioniert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren mit verschiedenen Flecken befleckt, sogar mit Blut! Davon gibt es auch Bilder. Safe und Klimaanlage sind ebenfalls gegen Gebühr (5 € pro Tag für die Klimaanlage), und glaubt mir, es ist unmöglich, ohne Klimaanlage sich im Sommer in den Zimmern aufzuhalten (man riskiert wirklich zu kollabieren). Beim Verlassen des Zimmers geht der gesamte Strom aus, sogar der Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage (die man teuer bezahlt hat). Die Möbel sind in einem sehr alten und zerstörten Zustand, auch rostig und fleckig sind die Toiletten. Fernseher sind sehr klein und geschätzt von 1990. Während des Tages schläft der Besitzer einfach auf den Sofas der Lobby ein, lächerlich. Am letzten Tag, der Eigentümer sagte uns, dass wir spätestens um 12 Uhr out-checken sollen, sonst hätte er 20 € Gebühr als Verlängerung verlangt. Wir verließen das Zimmer um 11:45 Uhr und die Rezeption war bis 12:30 Uhr leer. Die Toiletten in der Lobby sind ein Albtraum. Niemand spült die Toilette, da kein Wasser raus kommt! Die Türen der Toiletten sind kaputt, man kann sie nicht schließen und die Frauentür hat ein Loch im Glas, damit kann dich jeder nackt sehen! Zu guter letzt, hat jeder Zugang zu jedem Raum und Safe, da die Rezeption quasi 24/7 leer ist, und auch der Besitzer sagt man soll den Schlüssel selbstständig in den Fächer deponieren, so gibt es absolut keine Sicherheit, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt. Ich kann es wirklich nicht empfehlen, hier zu übernachten. Es gibt andere bessere Hotels zum gleichen Preis. Einfach suchen!
