The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a small issue with our first room, but after reporting it to the reception, it was quickly resolved — we got a new room with a stunning view of the sea and the castle on the Alanya peninsula.
There was no beach bar, which the hotel explained was due to the end of the season, but there were free soft drinks dispensers available, so that made up for it. The only thing missing was the gym, which was listed in the travel agency’s offer but wasn’t available on-site — I don’t hold this against the hotel, as it might have been a mistake by the agency.
Overall, great service, delicious food, and a beautiful location. We’d definitely come back!
Location is good, lots of bazaars that are cheaper than central Alanya with the same replica products. Big bazaar on Mondays down the street. The restaurants nearby are interesting. I was thrown off by the TexMex but the food smelled great.
The hotel room itself was comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great. Room service was daily around 1:30. New towels every time the room was serviced. When we arrived, the knob to the bidet was broken, but the hotel staff had it fixed as soon as it was reported. The all-inclusive breakfast/lunch/dinner is amazing. There was a variety of food every night. For 7 days I didn’t see main dishes repeated. Food was plentiful. And I don’t recall seeing the same food multiple times in the same day. Overall our stay here was great.
