To bee honest, this hotel is Interesting. So the entrance right through the restaurant, and the atmosphere of old fashion is really makes it all. The yellow/orange light in the evening, with a simple old fashion music, is great combination. The lobby was really well made with a heart put into it.
We have had some problems on reception for the first time, but.. thankfully it was resolved. The person was nice but.. not sure he knows business commination borders well.
So about the room, it was kind of simple, bathroom was okay, 2 big towels, 2 small, we have had there 2 soap (smell is really nice) and shampoos. Also two blankets for the night if required are in stock, conditioner that freezes good enough, we didn't risked to leave it working for the whole night. There was also a mini-bar, but just to keep something in, it was empty.
So honestly I would recommend this hotel to be visited, if you are staying for 2-3 nights, it actually fine and good especially if you wanna research the city you are staying in.

Very nice stay and worth the price if you find a deal. The location is excellent, with groceries, varieties and all kinds of stores at walking distance. Very close to the beach and the cable car. The pool could be open longer (only works until 6pm), it is very difficult to have service by the pool (although there is a bar structure there) and they make you pay extra daily rates if you want to use the wifi and air conditioning. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is simple but very well served. Good prices at the bar for food and drinks and usually there is live music.

Good location, everything within walking distance. Friendly staff, many nights live music in restaurant, nice small pool in backyard, basic rooms. The bed was really hard and there is a Mosque on the back of the hotel, so you had to wake up every 6am to hear the prayers and also in the evening.

This hotel suprised us!!! We have travelled a lot all over the world.
The room was basic, but wery clean and functional. The hotel staff was wery friendly and professional. We also want to thank the cheff for fine dining food. That was really perfect. You need to try this restaurant and hotell.

Formal Complaint Regarding Misinformation and Poor Customer Service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my partner and I received during our recent stay at Gallion hotel in Alanya. Our experience was significantly impacted by misinformation and rude behavior from the staff, leaving us extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Prior to checking out our room, we were informed that we could access a shower room at any time the same day before our transfer bus arrived. We specifically confirmed with a staff member that arriving at 4 PM would be acceptable, and were assured that this would not be an issue. However, upon our arrival, we were abruptly told that the time was incorrect and that no shower room would be available. This contradiction caused us considerable inconvenience and confusion.
To make matters worse, the only solution offered by the hotel staff was to suggest that we shower by the pool. This is an unacceptable option, especially before embarking on a 10-hour journey back home. How are we expected to get clean and comfortable for such a long trip in a public pool area?
Adding to our dismay, the manner in which the staff communicated this information was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. Their dismissive and curt responses were not only unhelpful but also highly disrespectful, further aggravating our negative experience.
We chose Gallion hotel based on the understanding that we would receive reliable information and courteous service.
Unfortunately, this was far from our experience. I expect a higher standard of communication and customer service from an establishment of your standing.
I request that you address this issue promptly to prevent such incidents from recurring!

the hotel is very bad. cleaning is very bad not good at all. Definitely do not choose. the pool is not cleaned dirty. breakfast consists of old and stale products. rooms are very dirty

Great Hotel, friendly staff! The music from the speakers are a little bit too load. Otherwise ok and close to Cleopatra Beach!

This hotel is semi pansion, it has best location in the center of Alanya, close to all sightseeing. Simple, cozy, with reasonable price. Staff is so friendly and helpful, and service is good. I would stay there again.

The rooms are old, the furniture is old, the toilet is okay
No towels.

The lift station between 2 floors so u must use stairs 😅
