Food was no way 4* quality, food most the time was cold and not kept to temperature, breakfast time they must of used left over vegetables which is not normal. One of the days there was flies on the rice. Hot trolley was not always to temperature to keep food hot. When food was topped up, they poured it over the cold food instead of throwing away the cold left overs. Some staff are not helpful, had to change our room 3 times, for 1st room had urine stains on bed, the second room had a smell of bad drains. Brought up about the food to restaurant manager and he brushed me off as did not care. Will not be staying here again

Rooms are good , pools are good, FOOD IS TERRIBLE !!! It’s the only time I’ve been to an all inclusive and lost weight There are a lot better hotels in this area for the same money , or less , don’t waste your cash on this place .

Had a great time. Had a lovely spacious room. Hotel was very clean, and staff were helpful. The section of beach that was part of hotel great, and good that could get drinks and food there too. Food was like most all inclusive, a little repetitive, plus who has broccoli at breakfast?! But could usually find something to eat, the show buffet often the best. Do think there could be more included in alcohol drinks, as literally only beer vodka, gin and whiskey and no cocktails!

Location was ok about 10 min from seaside and this is one of the good thing i can say about that hotel. We booked 2rooms both had broken shower the lid on toilet was like nightmare al the time needed to hold it with one hand. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and very unusual. The staff were unfriendly. The guy from staff who has to show our room when we came for a first time was drunk. The atmosphere wasn’t nice. The food wasn’t good enough. Lots of Polish people around 90% off all guests were very loud especially at evening time after 10pm. The swimming pool was overcrowded the water wasn’t clean. The lifeguard didn’t do their job properly. After 5pm they closed water slides and used them by themselves. Lots of rubbish was around swimming pool even broken glass. The sun longer was broken. Barmen’s mostly with a moody faces. That was the worst hotel i have ever stayed. I don’t recommend this hotel and i would never choose it again.

It’s worth noting at the beginning that, by Turkish standards, the hotel is really reasonably priced. The hotel has 4 stars, and that’s how I rate it – I remember the trip fondly, though the poolside animations were unfortunately a bit annoying and repetitive. The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

The food at this hotel is very limited in variety. Desserts were almost identical—just the same mush in different colors. Hard to believe there wasn’t even any baklava! On top of that, about half of our group suffered food poisoning during and after our stay.

Housekeeping was also disappointing—some staff didn’t clean properly and often left towels and bed sheets unchanged.

The shuttle service only goes to the town centre twice a day, but there’s no return option, which is inconvenient. Meal times are strict—if lunch ends at 2 pm, you’re told to leave the dining tables by 2:15 pm.

The best thing about this place is the massage packages and their reasonable prices.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design.

The location is perfect – close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the hotel lounge, which was a great place to unwind after a busy day.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will gladly return for my next

I honestly don’t think this hotel deserves four stars. Our first impression was disappointing - the room we were given was dirty, with sticky floors and dusty furniture. We were traveling as a couple but received a room with two separate beds, which we had to push together ourselves. This made things even more inconvenient, as the beds blocked one of the only two sockets in the room, and the light switches were located right by the pillows - we often woke up at night accidentally turning the lights on. When we moved the bed, we found a lot of dirt underneath. On the positive side, housekeeping deserves real praise. After the first cleaning service, the room already looked much better, and during our stay the cleaners worked hard - refreshing the bathroom, changing sheets, and even leaving bottled water every day. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The walls are extremely thin - we could hear flushing toilets, arguments, and even vomiting from neighboring rooms as if it was happening in ours. The pool area was both good and bad. On one hand, there were two pools with different atmospheres: one lively with music, slides, and daily activities like pool gym, yoga, and darts - led by fantastic, energetic animators who really made the experience fun. The second pool was calm and perfect for relaxing. On the other hand, both pools were often overcrowded, with litter like ice cream wrappers and sand at the bottom. The rule about not reserving sunbeds with towels was ignored until staff occasionally intervened, but by 7 AM almost every lounger was already taken. Food was overall decent - plenty of variety, with some nice touches like fresh pancakes made on the spot by a sweet lady near the quiet pool. Snack bars by the pools also made it easier not to lose your sunbed during lunch hours. Unfortunately, during our stay many guests got sick, likely from something served at the buffet. Walking down the halls, it was common to hear people being sick and see dirty trays with leftover dishes piling up outside rooms for days – a very unpleasant sight. The bars stayed open until midnight, but the pools closed at 5:30 PM, which felt too early. Elevators worked but were small, stuffy, and made strange noises that didn’t feel very safe. The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach. Despite being on the famous Cleopatra Beach, the hotel’s area was poorly maintained - old, dirty loungers with scorching hot mattresses, rusty broken umbrellas, and no boardwalk to cross the burning sand. To make matters worse, sunbeds cost €10 per day, which felt like a complete rip-off. Because of this, we would not return to this hotel. What really saved the experience was the staff. There were always enough of them, they worked incredibly hard in the heat, and they did everything with a smile. Whether it was the waiters who cleared tables within seconds or the animators who entertained from morning until late at night (and even organized club trips after the shows

I booked this hotel because my villa vacation was cancelled last minute, so this was a last-minute choice.

When I arrived, I was shocked by how crowded it was. The hotel was full, mainly with guests from Poland. The pool was always packed – it was nearly impossible to find a free sunbed.

The food was good for the first three days, but after that, I started to miss variety. During the day, the all-inclusive offer was very limited: mostly fries, hamburgers, and salad. The beach is about 750 meters away, and you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas.

The beds were extremely hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I booked for 10 days but left after 7 because I got bored and couldn’t take it anymore.

The massage at the hotel was okay, but the hygiene in that area could definitely be better.

One thing that was really good: the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff work very hard and everything looked spotless. Big compliment for that!

Overall, an okay experience – but I’d recommend this hotel for a maximum of 3–4 days.

I liked everything, the location is not in the center, but it's a 10-minute walk to the beach from the hill at a very slow pace)) The rooms are spacious, all the furniture is in good condition, clean, the only thing is there are no slippers, take your own)) the animation staff works as needed, the buffet is very tasty, as a vegetarian, I had something to eat)) especially the desserts💕💕 the hotel is 4 stars, I will not give more, no less, I am happy with my money. Thank you 🙏
