The hotel has 90 rooms.

Beach: own part in the town's sandy-pebble beach 250 m from the hotel. The length of the beach 30 m. Between the beach and the hotel there is an underground passage, pedestrian and vehicle roads. Rent beach towels for a Deposit, the approximate amount of which is $ 10. Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses.

System "all inclusive" operates from 10:00-23:00, includes soft and alcoholic local drinks (vodka, gin, raki, beer, wine, liquors) and some drinks are imported. Paid: all drinks after 23:00, bottled or canned drinks, cocktails, fresh juices, Turkish coffee.

Oba Time super hotel with the best stuff workers. Relaxing masage and sauna i like it. Very good bartender Berkay,nice and profesional guy. Restaraunt food was great and tasty. Reception guys,information guys and the manager turkish guy Xamam Vidadi was nice and profesional helping me for information. I am realy happy be to here. Next year i will come here again! I also recommend it to other people!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The food is almost the same every day, with no variety or effort to offer anything different. The bed linens were never changed during our stay, and we found visible stains on them, which is completely unacceptable.

What left the worst impression was the staff – they were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in the guests. Because of all this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just came back from Oba Time Hotel and i absolutely loved it!😍 Every monday theres bazaar in front of hotel and also there are plenty of restaurants and markets The food was great to enough options and amazing taste maximum quality But the best part was the staff Every one of them is so nice so friendly and kind special thanks to everybody I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just stayed at Oba Time Hotel recently, and I really enjoyed my time there. The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk frok beach, shops, and restourant. Everything is close by so its super easy to get around The rooms were clean and cozy and comfortable, housekeeping came every day, so everything stayed fresh and tidy. I especially loved the balcony, it was the perfect spot to relax in the evening The food was great too The breakfast Buffer had plenty of fresh and tasty options, so there was always someting for everyone The staff were one of the best parts of the stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, which made me feel really comfortable. Overall Oba Time Hotel is a clean, relaxing and in a perfect location. I'd definitely recommend it go anyone visiting Alanya

Oba Time Hotel has an excellent location in Alanya, just a short walk from the beach,with a private area offering free sunebeds and umbrellas. A big plus for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spotless, modern and cleaned daily which makesyour Atay very comfortable. The hotel offers great facilities such as a spa Turkish bath, sauna, and an outdoor pool,giving you plenty of options to unwind. The food is generally tasty and of good quality and also varieties are not extreme but really enough. One thing i have to talk about is the Front Office. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with you anything you need. Amazing stat looking forward to come again!

Very bad service.
The bathroom is terrible — after showering, the whole bathroom is wet.
Same food every day.
They don't change the bed sheets or clean the rooms.

My recent stay at Oba Time Hotel was relaxing and hassle-free. The hotel itself may not be the biggest or flashiest in the area, but what it offers is quiet consistency — everything works the way it should, and there’s clearly a solid team behind it keeping things running smoothly, even if you don’t always see it happening. The location is a big plus. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, and local shops nearby — all within a couple of minutes. That made daily life much easier, especially for quick errands or grabbing things I forgot to pack. The rooms were modest but clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping came regularly and always did a thorough job without being intrusive. I appreciated coming back to a tidy room with fresh linens and a cool, working air conditioner. Meals were simple but satisfying. There was enough variety over the days to avoid repetition, and the food always felt freshly prepared. I especially liked the salads and fruit options. The front desk team handled everything quietly and professionally. There was always someone available, and requests were addressed efficiently without fuss. You get the sense that there’s capable, steady leadership behind the scenes — the kind that keeps everything calm, even when the hotel is crowded

I spent five nights at Oba Time Hotel and overall, I was very pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was calm, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and any questions I had during my stay were always answered with patience and kindness. A special thanks to Mr. Süleyman, who seemed to be overseeing things with quiet confidence. His presence was reassuring — you could tell things were running smoothly under his management. Every part of the hotel felt organized and well looked after. My room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy and fresh. Towels and sheets were changed regularly, and the bathroom was spotless every time I returned from the beach. The food at the hotel was also enjoyable. There was a good variety each day, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. I especially appreciated the salads and grilled options at lunch and dinner. It’s not a luxury resort, but for the price and what’s included, it offers excellent value. I felt comfortable, well cared for, and would gladly come back again.
