The hotel offers good value for money, a top location, and truly dedicated staff. The food was always delicious, and they always made sure to refill it promptly. The rooms were cleaned daily.

Nice hotel on Cleopatra Beach, Alanya, Clean, Good food and great staff. The free WiFi is only in lobby and no ice machine anywhere.

Localization is perfect. Room is ok. Definition of catastrophy in Melissa Hotel is food. What is serving for lunch, is serving for a dinner, and probably for a next day breakfast. I am very disappointed, Turkey has plenty of fruits, but Melissa has only poor oranges and apples. Staff are super friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is clean, rooms done everyday, all open areas are cool and cream also. Pool is not too overcrowded, easy to get beds too. Access to the beach is amazing and always beds available. Entrainment staff are friendly, fun and have lots going on. Family of 6 from England.

A great hotel and a sweet pastry

Excellent hotel!!! The staff is very responsive, they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is nearby, the sea is 2 minutes away. I would like to highlight the manager Burak, he solves any issue in no time. The center of Alanya is 20 minutes away by bus, there is a small market with strawberries and other little things nearby

Duran is a wonderful gm, Kardelen is maitre d'hotel this will be our place all year long, thanks!🌬🍀 It is in blue lagoon, ölüdeniz we live in faralya. Even in january you can swim and the place is all year long open and as far as i understood this is the only place open.
