Just returned home today after 10 days here. The waiting staff and a couple of the reception staff were really friendly but I did find that some of the staff could be rude. Housekeeping in particular. We complained that our room hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed in a week. The hotel is really good. The staff is excellent, all you need they are ready to provide, always positive and friendly. The food is nice, lots of variations, just one thing I would say’s that I wish there could be more fish)). All in all , I was happy to say there.

The hotel is decent, the room was clean. Food is good, young chef with a smile. A complaint is the internet, which is paid additionally, and at the same time, the signal in the room is weak. And some staff members need to work a little more with a smile.

I was staying there for vacation and I loved it. The food was good, the rooms were comfortable. I liked eating by the pool. It was a little loud becuase of the cicadas. My boyfriend and I recently visited this hotel in alanya. After reading the reviews we were skeptical but we always take reviews with a pinch of salt... We stayed for 10 days and it was absolutely fantastic. It was excellent value for money, we spent 500 pounds each for flights transfer and all inclusive so we weren't expecting the Ritz but it was perfect for what we needed/expected out of our holiday...

Overall this could be a great hotel however it's not .... We have just returned from a fabulous week at the hotel. The downsides are that need more cleaning and stocking of toilets. Often no toilet roll and not kept clean. Lots of waiting to be served in the lobby bar as staff ignored us on occasions. Poor labelling of food. I stayed in November 2025 just before it closed. The best value hotel in Alanya for price and quality! It has its own long, unpaved beach and a beautiful pier overlooking the fortress. Good location. But the rooms are small. Room cleaning is mediocre. The food is ok for a 4-star hotel. The beach is shared with another hotel in the chain, a 5-minute walk. It's not the best location on the beach, so we used the one right next to the hotel—it's easier to enter. There are a lot of pensioners, so there's no entertainment. The hotel is perfect for a very quiet retirement getaway.

First thing of note is the hotel is more modern than the pictures make it seem. So don't let that put you off from staying at this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. With it only being a few minute walk to the beach. While I was on the lower floors there is a good view of the coast from the uppers ones. The rooms are comfortable the A/C does a great job for keeping them cool....

Very good value for the price. The hotel is next to the beach, you don't even need to cross the road. The ~20 sunbed at pool area are free of charge, but they are occupied whole day, so be fast in the morning. The breakfast and the diner is OK. Upper levels of the building are better because of safety

I was here for a week. I loved it here. Everyone is soo nice and kind. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and I found the selection to be good. the location is absolutely amazing, close to the center and right on the beach, which i loved. They have a pool but i didn't utilize it. The rooms are nice and clean and they clean them daily. I liked the balcony.
