Senza Sunset Beach Hotel in Alanya

I am at the hotel at the moment and i have no idea where the goos reviews come from. The room Look old and the bathrooms have mold in it and also very old and carpet. The Mini fridge in my room doesn't work properly and I asked to get it fixed 2 times already with no result. The food is okay and to get a drink takes forever at all times of the day. The hotel doesn't have central air conditioner, they have a few mobile once standing around but that's about it. The air conditioner in my room keeps turning off and they keep saying the are trying to fix it for the last 2 days. The hallways to the rooms have also no air conditioning. The pool is okay ,just very small and the water temperature is very very warm. The beach is nothing for kids just rocks everywhere, I got very bad cuts the first day I was here. The stuff speaks no German and maybe sometimes you are lucky and find someone who thinks can speak English
Passt auf wenn ihr eine kredit karte zum bezahlen benutzt im hotel ,die weigern sich in Lira abzubuchen,und deren umrechnung ist extrem abzocke die haben mich mehrfach beklaut und auch nachdem ich es angesprochen habe kam nur so machen wir das.
Echt das schlimmste hotel was ich bis jetzt in der Türkei erlebt habe.
