We recently returned from the Numa Port (13/10/25) after spending a week there. The location is cool, right near Cleopatra beach and a Migros market , the food is also ok. Some of the staff are great too like for instance the girl from the bar, Bahar.. she was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 for her!

Overall this could be a great hotel however it's not .... The rooms are relatively small which isn't really a problem since you have a bed, air conditioning,an old tv,a fridge...a balcony even, these are the good parts when it comes to the room however in some cases there are problem with the AC and shower... also the fridge is not working in some of the rooms but we solved that after we notified...

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the hotel. The downsides are that need more cleaning and stocking of toilets. Often no toilet roll and not kept clean. Lots of waiting to be served in the lobby bar as staff ignored us on occasions. Poor labelling of food. 5 minutes away from the city center, 2 minutes from Alanya's biggest nightclub ( illusion eventhall), it also has its own beach ( illusion palm beach ) and transfers. It is a spotless hotel. This hotel is close to the beach and across the street from the Otogar. The room we stayed in was very basic. The bed was extra firm and the pillows pretty flat. TV was from the 90s with only a few channels. If you are looking for a cheap room near the beach, this will get it done. If you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere.

Honestly I just went there for the spa and the Turkish bath, it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The staff were amazing, very polite, caring with positive energy. The pool at the hotel is nice and clean but we didn't lay there because of the wifi. The beds need a better topmatres.
