Great time
This is the 3rd Kirman we have stayed at over the years and they all have been great. The food was delicious, the hotel very clean, the pool was wonderful, and the train to the beach was very convenient. A 24 hour bar was nice! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is great. In every sense. I have stayed in many places, but this one caught my eye). Everything is top notch, even though the hotel is new: food, drinks, service, staff and the location of the hotel itself. But I would especially like to highlight the animation team. The guys are very active and cheerful. They always cheer you up. The activities and games are quite interesting and also beneficial. Special thanks to the animation manager Utku. Very responsive, sociable, knows several languages, which makes it easy to communicate with him. Always ready to help with any issue. And I would like to note him as a resourceful, passionate and excellent host and simply as a person who knows his business! I am incredibly happy with my vacation.

Cool hotel, I really liked it! It opened recently, everything is new, everything is very clean and beautiful. Good staff, friendly and welcoming animators, fun and interesting program throughout the day. Diverse and delicious cuisine, a large selection of food and drinks. Convenient location, there are a lot of shops around the hotel. The hotel is super, I highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel! The food is great, a variety of dishes! The pool is always clean, it smells nice throughout the hotel, they give out clean towels! The spa in the hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly, at the reception they help you with all your questions quickly and without nerves! The animation on the territory of the hotel is simply incendiary, all the animators are cheerful and cool! The sea is super, the beach is good, clean! The hotel matches the price-quality! Well-deserved 5 stars! I recommend it to everyone, the vacation is awesome!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From start to finish, it was a true five-star experience. The kids had a blast with all the nearby activities, and the location was perfect for keeping everyone entertained with plenty of sports and fun options right around the corner.
The hotel itself was spotless, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfectly clean each day. A special shout-out to the cleaner who was incredibly patient and thorough.

We booked this hotel on Booking.com. We chose it, among other things, because, according to the Booking description, it offered early check-in at 1 p.m. and late check-out also until 1 p.m. It was not a late check-out (subject to availability). It was included in the price and clearly indicated before and after booking on the confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel we asked about it and showed the confirmation. We were very surprised because we received an exceptionally cold reception. One of the tall men in a white shirt (he was probably the manager) looked at the confirmation and said to us: "I'm not interested in booking.com, I'm interested in my hotel." We don't know whether the fault was with booking.com or with the hotel. , but in a 5-star hotel we expected nice service, that someone would say "we'll explain it in a moment", whatever... On the last day of our stay, while leaving breakfast, a lady accosted us. She was surveying guests about the hotel and asked if we would answer a few questions. We agreed and took the opportunity to mention the problem we were facing. We also showed the booking confirmation which clearly stated. (early check-in and late check-out until 1:00 p.m. are included in the price) The lady seemed interested and was nice. She asked for the room number, took photos of the booking confirmation and promised to take care of it. Just when we thought someone finally took us seriously, it turned out they did absolutely nothing. No response. Finally, we had to leave the hotel at 12:00. It's a pity that we weren't allowed to stay an hour longer (according to the booking conditions). Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and the food was good. However, the way we were treated... The service is bad. There was a great sense of disgust.
