Overpriced 5 star hotel which definitely has 5 star building and facilities but its shortcomings ruins the experience.

We booked this hotel on Booking.com. We chose it, among other things, because, according to the Booking description, it offered early check-in at 1 p.m. and late check-out also until 1 p.m. It was not a late check-out (subject to availability). It was included in the price and clearly indicated before and after booking on the confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel we asked about it and showed the confirmation. We were very surprised because we received an exceptionally cold reception. One of the tall men in a white shirt (he was probably the manager) looked at the confirmation and said to us: "I'm not interested in booking.com, I'm interested in my hotel." We don't know whether the fault was with booking.com or with the hotel. , but in a 5-star hotel we expected nice service, that someone would say "we'll explain it in a moment", whatever... On the last day of our stay, while leaving breakfast, a lady accosted us. She was surveying guests about the hotel and asked if we would answer a few questions. We agreed and took the opportunity to mention the problem we were facing. We also showed the booking confirmation which clearly stated. (early check-in and late check-out until 1:00 p.m. are included in the price) The lady seemed interested and was nice. She asked for the room number, took photos of the booking confirmation and promised to take care of it. Just when we thought someone finally took us seriously, it turned out they did absolutely nothing. No response. Finally, we had to leave the hotel at 12:00. It's a pity that we weren't allowed to stay an hour longer (according to the booking conditions). Overall, the hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and the food was good. However, the way we were treated... The service is bad. There was a great sense of disgust.
