The hotel is indeed in a great location, but it’s quite old and urgently needs renovation. The staff are friendly, but they’re not honest enough to inform you about the room’s shortcomings before you book it. The room where my spouse and I stayed for one night had a very old, small TV with terrible picture quality and very few channels available. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Since it was very late at night when we used it, we didn’t request another room. Additionally, the smell in the room wasn’t pleasant either. I hope the hotel gets the renovation it desperately needs soon.

Hello, when you went to the hotel, they told me that the room was not cleaned yet and we waited until 2 o'clock. The rooms are not cleaned until you leave, the sheets and towels were not changed for 9 days. There were even spider webs next to our bed. The food in the restaurant was mediocre. There is mostly fish and chicken. The cooks were sullen and not polite at all, and so were their bosses. When we wanted to buy drinks, he was standing at the bar and was always sulking at Turks and smiling at foreigners. Other than that, it was good to be close to the sea

Pros: 1. Good location of the hotel - close to the sea, embankment, near the central promenade, near the port, Moon Light Park, nightclubs, 10 minutes to the square with the white clock tower; 2. We checked in before 12 noon (thanks to Olga for this), the man refused (although we were ready to pay). 3. Hot water and a hairdryer of normal power. 4. The hotel has its own beach, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone, they even sold free seats to visitors of other hotels. Unfortunately, the beach is not cleaned like the neighboring hotels; there are plastic bottles, cups and cigarette butts lying around. The paths are not equipped (wooden paths to walk on pebbles, the neighboring hotels are ok with this.) Room cleaning is C grade, towels and bed sheets were changed once in 10 days, the trash was not taken out every day. Shower gel and hair conditioner were never supplied, but shampoo, soap, etc. were replenished regularly. The waiters were great, they were the only ones who received tips from us. If you take a ticket without meals, it fully justifies its 3* rating. Of the minuses: The air conditioning in the room is all on tape, there is no remote control and it is impossible to regulate the power and flow. The freezer door on the refrigerator is broken. A safe is just an iron box without a combination lock, with a key. A huge minus in nutrition. We have been to 3* hotels many times, we are not fussy about food, but even here we have complaints about the hotel. The food is absolutely disgusting, there is no choice. In the morning there is ALWAYS just one oatmeal, thin today, thicker the next day. The soup (also one type with no choice) is the same for lunch and evening. If they give you chicken, then there is nothing else. Of the fruits in 10 days there was watermelon twice and green ranetki twice. The sweets are disgusting and not every day (only semolina cake soaked in syrup and jelly), there are no baked goods. We had to separately buy hot food in other cafes, fruits, sweets, pastries at the market... Otherwise, the son was hungry. What was offered was inedible (sometimes even sour salads). The edibles were: fresh cucumbers cut into pieces, tomatoes and eggplants and grilled zucchini, another boiled egg, bread and good black tea (by the way, there was no green tea either, and the coffee in the coffee machine was nasty instant). Cocktails (even non-alcoholic ones) can only be requested from 19:00 to 20:30. At the bar, the bartender allowed himself to pour wine into a plastic cup, people were indignant, and he said that you will come again, like, why waste a glass on you (there were no problems with clean dishes). And the lady (who is standing at the bar with the bartender) could approach those taking food and start scurrying around the table with a rag. I recommend changing the cook or increasing funding for food (I don’t know the reason for such a meager range of food), as well as changing the bartender or teaching him basic etiquette.
