Sorgun Akadia Luxury-Premium Ultra All Inclusive in Manavgat

Awful experience. We stayed for now 2.5 weeks and was bringing but hell.

•Food covered in oil
•No names in foods or ability to check for food allergies even when using google translate
•Uncooked raw fish being serviced which gave me food poisoning. I included this picture in my review
•Mold and filthy rooms
•Broken safety barriers and handles, mirrors falling off walls in the middle of the night
•Hotel music blasting all day you can hear the person next to you talking and can hear the music 3 hotel blocks away.
•Entertainment staff constantly bugging people and pressuring you into giving 5 star reviews and won’t leave you alone until you make one
•It’s an all Russian hotel with staff only speaking Turkish and Russian.
•Music is Russian only
•Labels and signs in Russian and Turkish only
•Constant stench of sewerage by the pool and reception
•On and off diarrhoea from the food
•No chance of sleep because of music blaring through the hotel so loud you feel like it’s in your room
•Aggressive & rude reception staff
•Cleaning service wouldn’t change sheets even after having blood on them
•Hotel is awfully outdated with dirt everywhere and multiple cracks which makes the safety of the building questionable
•They allow strays cats into the hotel that jump on your lap, scratch you, eat your food, and do nothing but disturb you

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS HOTEL!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The good reviews are only to keep the bad ones silenced

The hotel is a disaster with only a decent facade. It looks fine until real problems arise.

We had a serious incident caused directly by the hotel staff. The hotel refused to take responsibility, denied any fault, and refused to cover hospital costs (thankfully we had insurance). They also declined any form of compensation.

The management’s attitude was aggressive and arrogant — full of lies, delays (the incident happened just two days before check-out), and constant blame-shifting to staff or even other guests. This was despite the entire incident being recorded on their own cameras.

Take care — just don’t go there.

Great, great, great entertainment team! Love Fatih2x, Sedat and Seçkin. Nice room. The food is tasty. Cleaning service could be better. If your bed sheet is dirty the cleaner just turns it upside down thinking you won't notice. In general way too expensive. Transfer service is really bad. Sir Özgür puts on very loud music in the early morning. When asking if he can turn off the airco he says that it won't disturb me. It did. When asking friendly again he just ignores me and even doesn't respond. The front window and the seats of the car are damaged. Weird smell in the car. Paid 50 euro for this 'service'.
The people that work at the reception are very serious & don't smile.
A lot of Russian people. Didn't feel in Turkey in the hotel.
