Turquoise Hotel, established in 1988 and renovated in 2012, is a 5-star resort located in a lush pine forest extending to the sea at Sorgun Mevki, near the historic town of Side. The resort covers 80,000 m² and includes a main 4-story building along with seven 2- and 3-story villas and annexes, offering a total of 486 rooms with a wide variety of types ranging from Economy to Luxury Suites and Villas. The hotel features nine pools including one indoor and eight outdoor pools, three water slides, and a private sandy-pebble beach with two piers. Families will appreciate the children’s facilities like a mini club, multiple playgrounds, and babysitting services on request. Guests can choose from seven restaurants, including three free à la carte options, and enjoy entertainment such as live music, disco, and aerobics. Turquoise Hotel is situated in Sorgun Mevki, 3.5 km from Side town center and approximately 55 km from Antalya Airport (AYT). The hotel is directly on the first coastline with a private beach stretching 210 meters, equipped with free sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels. Nearby, within 273 meters, is Familia Restaurant rated 10/10. The location offers a tranquil environment surrounded by pine forest, and a bus stop just outside the hotel provides easy access to Side old town, about a 10-minute ride costing 1 Euro. The hotel’s position along the coast with two piers allows for swimming even where the beach seabed is rocky.

A wonderful hotel. This is our second visit. The rooms are simple but very spacious, without any stucco or gold trim, modest but functional. There's plenty of space on the beach and by the large pool, plus plenty of smaller ones. The grounds are very spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly green. The pine trees are a special treat. 👍 The food is delicious and quite varied. The chef is great! The entertainment hasn't really picked up since the pandemic yet – a B+, but there's still plenty to do besides the ocean of food and the beach. I definitely recommend visiting and relaxing!

The hotel is excellent. Located near the historic town of Side, in a pine forest, the place is simply top-notch. The grounds are very large and well-maintained. The service is 5 stars, including room cleaning, grounds cleaning, and waiters—everything works perfectly and smoothly. Don't forget a small baksheesh (tip) and you'll be happy. The sea is 4+, the beach entry is rocky, but two piers save the day. The far one, which is also the longest, is a pleasure to swim from, with almost no waves and much cleaner water. The food is good, plenty of meat, deliciously cooked. Fish is more difficult, but they try)) There are lots of different fruits: watermelon, melon, peaches, apples, pears, grapes, and plums. There are three free à la carte restaurants: fish, Chinese, and Turkish. There is unobtrusive entertainment, which is a big plus for me. Every evening there is a good program, live music, and dancing. Overall, the hotel is very good, geared towards Europeans. We stayed in early September 2021.

Hotel Turquiose was a very good and nice hotel, super friendly personnel who'd do anything for guests. The rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated maybe but still good. The beds were very good to sleep in and comfortable. The animation team was good and friendly and had nice games, but they are free on sundays so then there is no entertainment just background music. The bars were almost always opened and there was even a 24 hour bar at the reception. When we arrived at the reception, drinks were brought to us and the check-in was very smooth and easy. Regarding the food there were plenty of choices. There even was a pool restaurant were you could order a la carte every day with your allinclusive package. Real good food, like döner kebab rolls, all kinds of pizza, cheeseburgers, soups, salads. Everything was prepared for guests and tasted really good. In the evening there was an outside cuisine with lots of good foods. Rhe evening shows were good with a couple of times a week live music, with exceptionally good bands 2 times. We have only been to 1 talent show in the evening but it was nice to watch. The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

We came as a couple in our 70's and had a brilliant holiday. The hotel is a mix of nationalities and ages, which we prefer. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was in the main building and was a deluxe with balcony and sea view. It was a very good hotel room with comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was on the small side but fine, with a hairdryer and all the usual toiletries. The balcony overlooked the entertainment stage, but this was a bonus as we were able to sit there in the evening and enjoy the shows. Everything ended at 11 pm, so it didn’t interfere with our sleep. The room also had a fabulous view of the grounds and the sea. Plus wonderful sunsets. I cannot imagine why anyone would criticise the food. So much choice and so many restaurants and bars. All this and lovely pools set in beautiful, spacious grounds with plenty of sunbeds... all inclusive. You can go a la carte if you want a change, but we didn't bother. They catered for children and people who prefer plainer food as well. The cocktails were very diluted, but the beer and spirits were ok. The white wine wasn't brilliant, but the red and rose were fine. The cocktails in the lobby bar were far superior to those in the other bars. Children are well catered for and the children's club and swimming pool with slides are located on one side of the property. Children were able to use all but one of the pools and they had safe areas to swim. The beach was sand and some gravel with hotel sunbeds (free of charge). The sea was clean and warm, but there were large areas of hidden rocks, which made it a bit awkward to wade out and swim. Beach shoes are needed and possibly inflatables to lean on until you reach deeper water. You can swim from a ladder at the end of the pier. The whole hotel was very clean and the room serviced daily. The staff were brilliant and very friendly. You can always judge the quality of a hotel by their staff. This is a well managed hotel in every respect. I cannot praise them enough. The location is perfect with old town Side a ten minute bus ride away and so much to see. Thank you everyone at the Turquoise Hotel. We had a wonderful holiday.

I’ve spent one week in this hotel. I’ve booked room in the main building with two separate beds. Once we arrived, receptionist informed us that the type of room I’ve booked it is not available, so they upgraded us to villa with private pool. Rooms are quite big with large bathroom with the shower.
Hotel is located in the nice area, there are a lot of greenery and trees around.
Villas are located next to privates pool, next to the bar.
On the beach there are two molos, where you can lay on the sunbeds.
Food was very delicious.
Plus for non alcoholic drinks.
Minus for very small gym which was very crowded at the mornings.
Really enjoy staying in this hotel, although it is not very new hotel.

This was my 4th visit to this hotel, and it gets better and better. This time I brought my elderly mum for her 3rd visit, after being here myself just a few weeks earlier with my partner and our friends. What makes this hotel so special is the staff, everyone from reception, to the ladies on guest relations, the restaurant staff, cleaners, gardeners and especially the entertainment team, make you feel so incredibly welcome and comfortable. I’d particularly like to mention and thank Gledys, for the most entertaining Aqua gym classes, and the time she would always spend chatting to us. And also Saljun, for her fantastic fly yoga and Pilates classes, and Pia for great Aqua gym and yoga. Also Ipek and Hande for also coming for a little chat each day with my mum and making her feel special. And to all of you for the fun I had dancing with you all every night! You’re all lovely and you all do an incredible job and work so hard….Bravo to you all! I really hope to be back next summer and see you all again. xx This visit we stayed in a 2 bedroom sea view room, (1269) which I’d definitely recommend. It was very spacious and in an ideal location with a lovely view. The rooms have everything you need. I’d also recommend the a la carte restaurants. We ate at the Bougainvillea , Italian and Steak, and all were lovely meals with great service. Although they have an additional fee, they are excellent value for money and it’s lovely to have a relaxing meal with waiter service sometimes as a change from the buffet. It was my birthday the night we went to the Bourgainvillea and they decorated the table beautifully with flowers, the hotel also left me a rose and birthday card in my room which was a lovely gesture. A massive thank you to everyone at the Turquoise, it really is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and truly my happy place!

3rd time visit Turquoise as a couple and this time 10 other family members for husbands special birthday- his favourite choice the Lake Houses with pool. During the day we also spent time with family at the main pool and beach. Boys tried some activities , they enjoyed the archery and the sea water sports (pay extra for these). We enjoyed the food at the Bougainvillea , main restaurant Kevansary, outdoor lunchtime snack restaurant and the steak a la carte, the waiting staff work hard and nothing is too much trouble - even for a table of 12! Cocktails were nice and also Turkish coffee in reception and various teas. The evening entertainment is varied - you will like some of the bands and not others according to your own taste , but also lovely is sitting at the beach bar in the evening overlooking the sea and pier lit up. We enjoyed the night disco and the Bohemian garden party. Reception will call a taxi €10/12 to Side old town accent city well worth a visit. We also had some family moments photos taker by the hotel photographer Mahmut - they were amazing and reasonably priced too! There really is something for everyone here and I would definitely return a 4th time. Thank you Turquoise for another amazing time.

Very disappointing stay! I received my room only before 5 p.m. instead of 2 p.m. At check-in, the hotel also tried to assign me a room of a lower standard than the one I had booked and paid for. The staff was unfriendly and discriminatory towards solo travelers – I was even denied a tea maker in the lobby bar while others received it. Housekeeping was poor: one day my room wasn’t cleaned, no toilet paper, and no apology at the lobby. Sunbeds and tables were dirty and never cleaned, the beach was rocky and neglected, and a loud dryer kept running all night. Animators completely ignored me, and showed no effort to encourage participation in any of the hotel activities – they literally avoided me! On top of that, the overwhelming number of loud Russian tourists made the atmosphere unpleasant. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel – at best 3–4 stars.
