Seher Sun Palace Resort & Spa - All Inclusive in Side

The staff is very hard working, friendly and helpful. The food was good, especially the desserts, but there was not enough meat for me personally. I didn’t like that there are no water bottles to grab with you ( they give you two everyday in the room and the other option is to use the machines with plastic cups ). The hygiene around the hotel is a bit off, but the lady cleaned our room great everyday. I think that no matter how much the staff is cleaning, it’s just that the hotel itself needs renovation. The beach is clean, the sand is soft and the water is crystal clear. There are many many shops around the hotel ( and pharmacies with better prices than my country’s).

Very good experience, food was delicious and personel is very friendly, clean beach is around 10 min walk or accesible by small car provided by hotel. Food and drink on the beach is always very good. Apreciate the option of lunch on the beach. In the pool and beach area are snack time with traditinal turkish snacks made by traditional way by very nice and friendly older ladies. Resort was recomended by travel agency and fullfil our expectations.

I really enjoyed this holiday, it is very good for a family holiday. We been here for the first time and we had a lot of fun. The hotel us clean the staff are really approachable and nice. They are making different fun activities for children and adults. I had meet one of the staff who was very nice and took care of our family , I really enjoyed her company, Sinem your are very helpful and amazing person. Thank you so much.

Id say its not 5 star but very good 4 star. However i have no complaints as we really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just right for us if you are not extremely choosy or picky at everything with microscope or have severe ocd like a few negative reviewers on here. Rooms cleaned and restocked replenished daily. Free fridge restocked daily. Amazing power shower. After reading the negative reviews on here were very pleasantly surprised and relieved at how untrue the negatives were. Its the perfect location for Side, Antalya Alanya and the massive private beach and inclusive free beach buffet restaurant and bar are fantastic! The hotel and beach annexe have all the facilities you need! Beach is 5 min walk, or 1 min free golf shuttle to the beach. No lack of sun loungers and shade on beach front. All day Beach buffet and drinks are delicious open till about 6.30pm. All day Pool bar and fresh cooked to order food and ice cream available most of day. Very friendly staff. Hard working but still smiling. Want to thank Osmans x 2, Hakam Fatima Hayat Hassan Abdullah Hida Byram Yunus bilal malik and the 2 very friendly and smiling omlette ladies. I can recommend this hotel.
