Beautiful resort, clean, safe, friendly staff, food is amazing. Definitely recommend. We stayed in June. We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. I like all-inclusive resorts. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks. The staff are also very friendly.

Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. Lots and lots of things to do, places to go. Rooms are big, pools clean, and restaurants delicious. However, this hotel urgently needs a major cleaning, as the bathrooms and floors are full of rust, dust and limestone spots.

The cleaning of our room was poor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get more. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom. Smoking outside does not have any regulation, not good for non-smokers.
