It was a great experience and I recommend it. The food quality and varieties were good for me. The room was clean, no mold. The stuff is always smiling to you. I stayed at Baia Lara Hotel during the SPOTLIGHT seminar held by Miavit GmbH. We come every year one day to celebrate our Anniversary because we met here the first time amd fell in love. It was bad last year but now got better. The reception staff is still unfriendly and rude in some cases. Food is better, the new additions in the food court near the pool are nice and the grounds look fabulous.

An incredible hotel with amenities everywhere. Paloma is a full all inclusive, but I would state that the time of year will affect how much of the hotel is open. The beach was clean and the food offering was 7/10 everyday. I'd return here in the winter time for an affordable getaway at a great price.

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff were very accommodating and unlike other Antalya hotels we tried most spoke good English. The customer relations team were very helpful and happy to assist with all sort of problems big or small.

I wanted to use the indoor pool, but it was under renovation and therefore unavailable. I believe Trip.com should provide such information in advance. When I asked about the indoor pool at check-in, the staff simply told me that I could find it by checking the elevator signage, which was unhelpful. The place is very nice. The sea is close and accessed through a tunnel. The swimming pool is clean and ideal temperature. The food was good, but sometimes I found myself not finding anything appealing to me, as there wasn't that much choice. The staff is the best part, they are very helpful and kind.

Great Hotel especially for families with children, regardless of age. Had 3 Teenage girls last year and all were thrilled. The food is a Hit!
