The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

The rooms are really soundproofed, price performance is good. The air is very pleasant with the old carpet on the floors but it could be cleaner.

Review as a couple visiting in September. Firstly, the views are amazing. The location of the hotel is easy via taxi from the airport, and the scenery is stunning as it is situated on a hillside. Pros: - no subbed wars (maybe due to end of season) but as there are spaces along the pier, beach, promenade and up at the pool there are loads of sunbeds around, even when arriving later in the morning...

We recently stayed at Duja Bodrum and overall had a great experience. The hotel is kept very clean, and there are plenty of hardworking staff who are always friendly and helpful. When we arrived it was very late. We were taken to our room in a buggy car. The room was a village room with a king size bed and single sofa bed which pulled out another single bed underneath. There was wine and a plate of fruit which was nice there is also mini bar filled with drinks stocked each day. Me and my best friend went for 7 nights and had the best time at Duja Hotel, the entertainment was great, something there for everyone kids and adults and really got you involved as well. All the staff I can not fault any of them, so attentive and kind and really made your stay welcome. The spacious room is well-decorated and exudes a delightful ambiance. The breakfast was exceptionally fresh and delectable, making it an ideal place to stay in Ankara, particularly for business excursions.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday celebration & the birthday cake was incredible—beautifully presented and delicious. It was a very plesant stay with unlimited food and drinks wich were all amazing. In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15...

Overall, it's a good hotel, but they have a strange policy: a one-night stay is ~$400. For bookings of three or four, the price is more reasonable, closer to $200. There's a good coffee shop on site, and the room has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Juju Premier Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The animation team deserves special praise — always smiling, always entertaining. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests of all ages. Highly recommended!

My stay at Juju Premier Palace was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a great atmosphere. But the best part was definitely the animation team — they are friendly, fun, and always make sure everyone is having a good time. There are activities all day and great shows at night. Rooms are great and very spacious but there was slight damp smell when we entered the room because the extractor fan wasn’t working properly. Entertainment has been endless and the staff put a lot of effort into their productions. It’s great to see people put so much effort in each night. Great location and convenient having the pool and and beach in one space.
