Palm Beach Hotel in Dubai

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it was the worst experience I've had in the UAE.The hotel is overpriced considering the facilities provided.The room was below average.The AC made constant noise making hard to sleep or relax.The most disappointing part of my stay was the staff behavior specially at the reception.The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality etiquette.The overall staff did not behave like trained professionals which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.To make matters worse it seems that the hotel is trying to boost its ratings by using delivery riders phones to post fake positive reviews.This is unethical and misleading to genuine guests who expect proper service for the money they pay.Kindly focus on improving facilities and customer service if you want to be successful.
This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional stay.

I strongly recommend against visiting this place as we had a terrible experience.

The air conditioning in the room is not functioning.
The washroom is in very poor condition; after taking a shower, water ends up all over the floor. They only provide one towel, and the blanket is of very low quality and dirty, so we had to purchase one from outside to use. Additionally the mart is located about 10 minutes away from the main area to buy things, and it is quite noisy. The room does not have a proper lock.

The hotel is quite far from the metro station. Additionally, I advise against viewing the pictures they uploaded; the hotel is quite old, and the views depicted in those images are misleading. While the photos show a beach view from the room, in reality, you will only see a dirty wall.

Furthermore, all the walls in the room are damaged.

As a visitor, if they offer me a complimentary stay, I will not remain, as that is the time we spend outdoors. However, if your room is like that, you will not feel at ease.

Overall, I would rate this experience a mere 0.5 out of 5.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was almost non-existent. Staff were unresponsive , unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving issues. Basic requests were ignored.

Rooms were poorly maintained, amenities were missing, and no effort was made to make our stay comfortable. It felt like customer satisfaction was the least of their priorities.

Definitely not worth the money, and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service.

First experience is my last experience totally money waste staff having alot attitude at receptionist don’t know how treat guests look like he from Punjab very rude conversation name another one also is very rude.
Last night I book this hotel using by Agoda for 2 adults but when during check in they said for 2 adult have to pay 100 aed so nonsense this thing I already book for 2 adults by Agoda and I have to pay more.
Who will stay alone in hotel room for what!
They should be have common sense and need to brief them. Totally unacceptable don’t have any common sense regarding hospitality industry

First and last time to stay, Cleanes is bad, and expensive, thy advertise it with parking, actually they dont have parking. and thy have roadside parking which will available after 7 o clk and and thy will charge 30dhs per slot. i booked via online with the i formation thy gave. this hotel need serious renovation.

Pleaseeeee don’t take room in this hotel. There are pubs in ground and first floor were nasty people come. It’s like brothel. The rooms don’t have proper locks. If you are a girl staying there alone would be risky. It’s very noisy and looks like a place where the rooms are used after they visit the pub.
