Even though we have good staffs like Tanveer, Muhammad and Saida.
We have a receptionist lady who lacks customer service. She needs to be trained on how to talk to customers.
We were supposed to check out at 1200pm. We stepped out of the room at 11:48am on our returned, we noticed that our key card doesn't work anymore. Just imagine the embarrassment.
One staff of the hotel informed my wife that the room is block because it's check out time.
I feel that the reception needs to call the client prior to check out.
The lady at the reception pass her time justifying the embarrassment instead of offering a simple sincere apology.

On top of that, parking was not free, even though it wasn’t made clear upfront. At checkout, the staff claimed I damaged the property because of a slightly dirty pillow cover and tried to charge me for it, which felt unreasonable and unfair.
For the price, I expected a much better experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, hidden fees, and unfair charges, I would not recommend staying here.
