We had an unexpected and very disappointing experience at this property, especially considering the positive reviews that influenced our decision to stay here. Our holiday was completely ruined due to poor service and extremely unprofessional conduct, particularly from the hotel manager. In a city like Dubai, which sets a global benchmark for hospitality and service standards, this was by far the worst guest experience we have encountered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed in Room 314 at the Grand Ambassador Hotel, and I was very disappointed. The hotel advertises itself as a “luxury” property, but the reality was far from it. The bed linen was stained, the room was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was poor. I checked in late around 10 pm, exhausted from travel, and the room was in such bad condition that I wanted to leave immediately. Since it was late, I stayed only until morning and checked out around 8 am. It is truly a shame that a hotel claiming to be luxury cannot maintain basic cleanliness. This was my last stay at this property, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable room. I hope the management takes housekeeping and hygiene more seriously for future guests.

Been many hotel but Grand ambassador and thier staff hospitality won the hearts. All of the staff were too good, Specially Mr. Abhay frok reservations was too helpful and very professional. Mr. Raju from Mayur was too friendly, Grand ambassador is in my favorite list now. On the top.
