Location: in the Deira district, 4 km from the international airport of Dubai. Close to shopping and commercial centers, shops, markets.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
All 112 comfortable guestrooms and suites.
Beach: public sand about 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Al Mamzar beach Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.

The use of alcoholic beverages in public areas (Lobby bar, Cafe, restaurant, pool area) is strictly forbidden, buffet.
